I've had this for more than 6 months now with no issues. It gets the job done and it's easy to use. What more can I ask for? My shark steam mop is 5 years old now and still going strong. I expect similar results from my shark vacuum.

This vacuum is excellent on any type floor. It handles very easily under furniture, around things and on steps.

This vacuum was incredibly easy to use. It is very modular and easy to apply numerous rooms of different floor types. We are coming from using a Dyson, and this is much more functional.

This would be the best vacuum if you have carpet floors. I have wood/tile floors and 2 dogs who shed a lot. Not the best vacuum for dog hair so gave 4 stars. The suction is good, the light feature is the best; you can vacuum under the bed without missing a spot.

this vaccum pulls dust really well. im surprised how good the quality is. for the price it was well worth.

Purchased this to replace a broken Dyson. This one is much better than the Dyson. It has better cleaning power and sucked dirt out of the carpet that the Dyson left behind.

this vacuum is great for getting underneath beds and tables with the lift away system.. wish i would've bought the XL because the canister fills up fast with the dog hair..

What can we say but WOW! My wife loves the lights as she can see where the dust is hiding. Our carpets are very, very clean. Thank you for such a great deal on this item!

The vacuum is lightweight and very easy to assemble. We needed to replace our vacuum and I placed the order on-line and was able to pick it up within the hour.

This is a very nice vacuum, much heavier than I expected. The tools don't all fit on the vacuum, just a few of them. Also, when using the floor tool it does not pick up cat litter well.

Being able to use the vacuum as an upright or canister is nice. Also comes with a hardwood floor attachment that includes a dust mop.
