This is a good vacuum but it still doesn't perform to a $350 standard. With most of my place being hardwood it does better than a cheaper vac, but still misses the mark.

My old vacuum did and ok job but it was time for a replacement. WOW what a difference. I have it about a month and can not believe the difference in the carpets.

We like the vacuum because it has great suction and is versatile. On the down side, it is heavy to push because the suction is so strong.

I have been a Shark vacuum fan for years. This vacuum did not disappoint. Easy to use, fantastic suction, easy to clean. I thought my rug was clean, but this thing picked up almost a cannister full! Nicely packaged. Item is exactly as described.

This is the second shark we’ve owned, and these things are beasts. We’re hard on vacuums and this thing takes it. Attachments work wonderfully, great for stairs and tight or hard to reach spaces. Plenty of power, excellent on hard surfaces.

This met all my expectations. True to the reviews. Great for pet hair. Love the ease of switching from carpet to hard floors. Tons of options in use as a canister, hand held for drapes and furniture. Amazing suction. My only complaint is that it's a little heavy, swivel head is kinda hard to control.

Overall this is a great vacuum. Our previous vacuum was a Miracle Mate (think Kirby expensive), which we used for 8 years. It didn't last forever like it was supposed to, so we needed a replacement that was just as good but without the massive price tag. After a ton of research and reading reviews, we settled on the Shark. It is small, light and maneuverable. It can reach under a low couch, which the MM could never do. Compared to the MM which was so heavy to lug around, this makes it easier to vacuum on a regular basis. As for suction? I would say that it's just as good as the MM. It does need to be emptied often, 2-3 times for a 1800 sq ft home. But to me that's not a negative, it means this thing WORKS. Shark does offer a large capacity unit, but this one has more features, and it's easy enough to empty. The only con I can think of is the elasticity of the hose. It's a bit tight so disconnecting the handle and stretching it out is a bit clumsy. But that could be a good thing, as the hose retracts back to its original position easily. And it's easy enough to disconnect the canister from the base for those hard to reach areas. Overall we love this vacuum. We've had it for a couple months now and my wife still comments how easy it is to use (compared to the MM).

What a great vacuum! Replaced our 12 year old Dyson with the Shark and the Shark wins all comparisons! Easy to use and with the detachable canister, can clean completely under couches easily. Best lights ever - you see what is being vacuumed better than any other machine - there's even a light on the wand! Highly recommend the Shark.

It is a good vacuum for carpets and Okay for bare floors. It is very convenient to use it in canister mode to clean under the bed and around furniture.

You really can’t find a better vacuum for a better price. I find myself bragging about it and it’s truly above all other brands.

Beats all vacuums out there! I tried newest Dyson -took back because it was useless. Love this vacuum!

I have only had the vacuum for a few days and have thus far love it. No problems as it replaced my Shark Navigator Rotator Professional after having that for 5 years. Love the cleaning versatility and power that the vacuum provides. This one makes it simple to transfer in between different surfaces with a push of a button.

I bought this vacuum because my old canister vacuum lacked suction and this model has the most powerful motor available. It came with more attachments than my old vacuum and Best Buy matched the lowest price I could find. Overall I am very happy with the performance and can hardly believe all the dirt it pulls out of my carpet.

It’s has pretty powerful sucking power but hair gets stuck like crazy making it stop spinning pretty frequently. I have never had to clean out a vacuum so often as this one. My other shark worked like a champ until it died for the 3rd time in 3 years and I don’t want to spend more money on a new motor. Kind of disappointed.

I absolutely love my Shark. The suction and features make it the perfect vacuum for me.

This vacuum is a real dream to use and is super easy to change attachments and empty.
