I still love this vacuum despite returning my first one b/c the roller/brush in the front part got stuck & stopped working. It happened again with the second & we realized it was picking up so much stuff my dirt devil left behind that it was actually tangling up the roller & it just needed to be cleaned out...so it actually works so much better at picking up what my other vacuum left behind it has been causing some issues...not complaining but just know if it does it to you it still works & will take a good vacuuming or so for that not to be an issue! I love that it doesnt use belts or bags too & it is really easy to take the canister off & just use that as the vacuum. Even my fiance thinks it is awesome! & it is really quite so my cats aren't as freaked out & scared every time we vacuum.

This is an extraordinary vacuum, with substantial versatility, power and mobility. It is easy to use and clean. A great tool.

we were looking for a good vacuum I did some research and this Shark was one with good reviews. It seemed a little pricey but being tired of buying junk I wanted to see what it could do. We went to Best Buy and pulled down some of the ones from the list. Gave them a quick spin and decided to give the Shark a shot. Brought it home and put it together vacuumed the carpet that the house cleaner had done 3 days prior. We were amazed at what came out of the carpet. Now it just feels much cleaner. I am impressed. Happy Customer....

We love it, it would be nice if this one also had the hot steam for cleaning carpets. We want the steam cleaner also but we like the features of this one so that's why we decided to buy this one over the steam cleaner.

i've tried several of the other Sharks including the lift away models and battery operated models. this vacuum is definitely the best i've tried so far, which is also another reason i bought it in the first place. it's an all in one user friendly tough vacuum with not only massive suction, but variable suction options. i guess i could say it is on the heavier side but it doesn't bother me. plus you can just lift away and hit the stairs with half the vacuum if you need to.

Very satisfied in using this machine. Has good suction. Light to use when carring the canister and hose for getting high areas to clean.

This sweeper is amazing. It has great suction and works great on carpet as well as hard wood floors. The only negative is all parts are plastic so not sure how long it will hold up.

Great vacuum. So much easier and just as much suction as my Kirby.

I was AMAZED at the crap this vacuum picked up!!! I have two cats, which means LOTS of cat hair! The first few passes over my living room I was shocked at how much the canister had filled with cat hair. The Honey app found a $50 off coupon and it was also on sale. KA-CHING!!!! The only thing I don't like is one of the attachments falls off the storage slot quite easily. Other than that, I think it's a great vacuum cleaner.

This vacuum is light, versitle and the suction is great. I would recommend it for everyone.

I have bought numerous vacuums and this one is the best by far. It's light weight easy to handle and never loses suction.

absolutely love this vacuum. we have 3 dogs which shed and this vacuum continues to pick up hair. the attachments are great and love how you can switch from carpet to hard wood right away or pull out the tool for the blinds when you are next to them and then keep going when finished. wish the hardwood floor attachment had a pad for dust collection. i think there might be one you can order but it doesn't come with it.

Best vacuum iv ever bought. I have two large dogs, get all the hair out of carpet. Lots of attachments. Able to use as a canister.

This is a lightweight vacuum with great maneuverability. It has great suction and is very portable.

I really enjoy my shark rotator sweeper. It really picks up hair, dirt. We took it to my mom's and used it on her rugs. Helped them alot. Her sweeper is super old,but still works great. I have really enjoyed my shark.

Much lighter and does a better job than the Dysons I have used and at a much better price. Definitely recommend

By far the best Vacuum cleaner I have ever bought. Suction and ease of use are the best things that I like about it.

I like that it is lighter in weight than some other stand up vacuums It has good suction as well

The shark has great suction. It's easy to navigate with the swivel head and is super easy on stairs with the lift away and included attachments. With that being said there are a couple of downfalls with it. The path is small so bigger rooms take a longer time to get done. Finally, the attachments are great but there is no where to really store them or keep them on the vacuum. Overall though, for the price I am thrilled with my shark and would definitely recommend it!
