I have been debating getting a higher end brand vacuum but saw great reviews on this one so decided to get it. This is an amazing vacuum, and I love all of the attachments that allows you to clean all over the house. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I went from a Kirby to this shark. And I love it! the suction is amazing and it is so light weight!

Slightly wider vacuuming path gets the job done more quickly, but my favorite thing about this vacuum is that it is so much more powerful than the Shark Navigator that I had previously. I liked my old shark, but this Rotator Pro is so much better. I have a houseful of shedding animals and have often had to vacuum twice a day. With the Rotator Pro I don't always vacuum even once a day now.

I must say this vacuum has exceeded expectations and once you get use to taking off the parts to use it for stairs/hardwood/etc. then it's such a joy to use. Yes, I am husband and father of two and i enjoy allowing my wife to take a brake and do the vacuuming for the household.

After several bad experiences with Hoover I'm hoping for better reliability with the Shark. Several friends have raved over theirs and hopefully I will feel the same after several years of operation.

love it. I have had 3 dysons in the past this is lease expensive and a much better product. i would buy again. the only thing i would change is make the dirt container bigger you do have to dump more often.

I have been through so many vacuums. I would say this is the best one. It rolls easily to oick up touch corner areas. The tube attached it what I most use to pick up any hay or poop from my bunny’s cage. This works amazing. It’s seriously one of the best purchases as an adult I’ve ever made. Get GSP and if anything happens to this, I can bring the vacuum in and get a new one!

I bought this vacuum to replace a fried Dyson and I'm very impressed with my purchase. I basically upgraded with a machine that costs less than the Dyson. Don't believe the Dyson hype because that's what it is. The only thing I'd change on the Shark is adding 3 or 4' to the cord because the one on the Dyson allowed you to do the entire house from one plug and this is just shy of the outer corners. First world problems, I know......

This vacuum does what it promises. It has good suction, is not heavy, and is easy to setup and use.

This vacuum is strong and does the job on hardwoods and carpet--both shag and regular carpet.

We needed a new vacuum cleaner, so I did a bit of research before landing on this one. I love the adaptability of the product. All the release mechanisms work flawlessly and the suction is great. Only had it for a few months, so I can't say if there will be problems down the road, but so far we love it.

This is a great midrange vacuum cleaner. It's light, maneuvers easily, and provides excellent suction.

Happy with my purchase. Talked to a few people who had it and they said it worked better than the Dyson (i never owned a Dyson myself so can't confirm). Strong suction, smart design. One minor complaint: it comes with about 4 attachments (if i remember correctly) but only has 2 holders on the vacuum. Have to store the others some where else and go get them when needed, it would have been nice to have all together on the vacuum.

We bought this vacuum as a replacement for another brand upright that got delegated to the basement for use. The Shark is lighter in weight, making it easier to maneuver. It has a smaller motor, but still does a very good job of picking up. I like the bagless feature and the swivel head feature. The vacuum came with an extra tool, so the standard cart that came with the vacuum doesn't have a place for that tool storage. I like this vac a lot, it just isn't in my nature to give 5star ratings
