I wanted to see if the advertisements were true about better suction than a Dyson, well that advertisement was true, I have a Dyson and the Shark is better about picking up deep seated dirt in the carpets. Thank you for making my job a bit easier. Jude

I can't speak for the durability, but this is, at this point the best vac I've ever owned. I've only had it for 2 weeks, and really never had a high end vac to compare it to. For the money, I'm very well satisfied with this machine so far.

Works as expected and easy to assemble. Lightweight

Vacuum is heavier than anticipated when using the 'lift-away' and awkward to maneuver in small spaces on its upright stand. It is hard to get under most furniture without much bending. The dirt cup is of good size and easy to empty. Suction is about average. All in all, the vacuum is a disappointment after having read many very good reviews.

I really Love my Shark Rotator. I have 2 dogs and I never thought I could find a vacuum with so much versatility. It goes from carpet to hard floors, easy to use attachments & it's detachable to vacuum my furniture. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone who enjoys getting their house clean on the first try.

I love this vacuum cleaner. I have a cordless Dyson Animal and this works so much better. I wish I had bought this years eariler. ALL the dirt and stuff I am vacuuming out of my carpet is gross. I bought my daughter one for Christmas and she loves it! I will ALWAYS buy SHARK. The warranty is great. So pleased.

I have tile and laminate flooring with three dogs with Florida sand, so I need frequent vacuuming. No carpet in my house except area rugs. The Shark Rotator lives up to its name - it twists and turns easily and gets into smaller spaces. The brush can be left off or turned on as desired. I turn it on to get up stubborn dirt and hair off tile floors.

We have had this vacuum for a few months now and it was an excellent purchase. We had just cleaned the house with our previous vacuum the day before and this thing pulled dirt out of our rugs we could never get. We also have a dog and it has been excellent and easy on the hardwood floors. The integrated wand attachment is so easy. Great Shark!

Shark Rotator does an excellent job of picking up dirt, dust, and cat dander. It's a breeze to maneuver around furniture and see the surface (due to LED lights in front), plus power brush is effective for carpeting. It's also easy to reconfigure the vacuum as a portable canister for using the floor, crevice, and power furniture attachments.

We’ve had various brands of vacuums over the years including Dyson, but this one tops them all. The amount of things it draws out of the carpets and furniture is mind-blowing. We vacuumed with the Dyson we had and then immediately this Shark. The Shark drew more than double the contents that the Dyson did.

I'm a cleaning fanatic. OCD to the max and this product definitely does better than I expected for the price. Of course this is a Shark and it lives up to the reputation of the company. I love the fact that it can easily be disassembled and transformed for different uses.

I would give this vacuum 5 stars, but the handle broke on our last Shark, the reason for having to purchase this one. That being said, it picks up all the dirt and hair the dogs leave behind, so it works well.

Very happy with this vac. Cant even remember the other model/ brand we considered. First bagless vac we ever bought, very happy with it
