Very light, easy to use, great suction and easy to clean

After going through several lower priced vacuums from other stores, I decided to look at reviews with Best Buy. I decided on this vacuum due to price and reviews. I am pleased that it works on both carpet and hard floors. After my purchase, I found it at a lower price elsewhere and Best Buy price matched the vacuum.

Spent over an hour trying to decide which vacuum to buy. Purchase this one largely because it had the greatest cannister capacity. After one use I was sold. I have never had a vacuum that leaves the floor (carpet or hardwood) as clean as this unit. All the attachments are great.

I tried few other vacuum cleaners before this, and none of its performances was good...this one best for the money....

Good value lots of features. Needs better suction but beats out so many other cheaper vacs now sitting in the landfill. Would recommend. Dyson is too pricey for a middle class family of 5. Not worth the extra money.

Simple powerful and able to covert to canister mode simply and efficiently. This is the clear winner over Dyson period.

I recently purchased a Shark Navigator 2-in-1 upright vacuum to replace my 20 year old Hoover. I did not make a mistake as this is picking up dirt I didn't know I had both on carpet and hard surfaces. I also found out my friend's more expensive Dyson just went in for repairs. Buy it, you can't go wrong.

Works great lots of power and mobility. Works just as good as Dyson for less price.

This vacuum was on sale when I went searching for a replacement for Dyson. This vacuum has proven to be effective and easy to use in either standard push vacuum or as a portable canister vacuum. It makes quick work of getting the dog hair up from the dog room floors and surrounding areas.

I would recommend this product to everyone. Picks up animal hair off everything.

Great has good suction easy to maneuver only complaint is the hose is not long enough

I use this vaccuum daily. It works wonderful. Especially great for dog hair. It pulls hair/dust away from the edges and walls so it's much easier. The attatchments work wonderfully. I love that the cannister pulls off completely, makes cleaning staircases a breeze. The filter is re-usable, you only need to rinse and dry and it doesn't keep any odor after it's dry. Would purchase again.

In a house that has tile, carpet, & hardwood, this is an amazing easy transitional product. Helps greatly pick up all the hair from our 2 cats & dogs. Love the additional accessories included that allow cleaning of furniture & cobwebs along the ceiling. Would recommend!!!

We searched a few stores and came back to this model. I like the removable canister since we have 2 flights of stairs. My 14 yr old son loves to use it!

Lots of added piece that makes it really fancy and easy to use. Light weight, great vacuum. Will recommend it!!

After about 6 weeks, pretty happy with the new vacuum. First bag-less one, and it's worked great! Has lots of power and picks up a ton of stuff my old upright vacuum wasn't getting.

Purchased this for a quick easy way to clean the floors. It works better than anticipated.

Hoover has always been the bellweather for vacuums (probably dating myself), but the last one I had....also purchased from Best Buy, by the way, was not efficient. The Shark, however has been pleasantly surprising, the salesman was very helpful. The only negative I would have is the price. I've seen it at Sams Club, Walmart, and Meijer for a lesser price.

Bought this for our daughter and she was very happy with the suction as advertised. I tried it and personally like it in general and for the price you can't beat it. It was definitely a good investment! Bottom line: Option one - if you want a good vacuum for the price, buy this one now. Option two - If you have the money, buy the Dyson DC41. I personally own one and you wont be disappointed.

Works well when dust collection can is empty. Seems like it may lose some suction power of can is not emptied. On the whole it's a good vaccum cleaner.
