This is Second Shark - Rotator Professional Lift-Away NV501 Bagless Upright Vacuum I purchased the first worked great until Maid sucked up water with it . this Vacuum is great

Setup was very quick and easy. The suction power is many times better than other vacuums in the same price range. I hope it lasts longer than 2 years I've gotten out of other brands.

I have always bought hoover vacuums my whole life. I decided I wanted to try a Shark after seeing the infomercials and reading the reviews. This is the best purchase I think I have ever made. I thought my Hoover was cleaning my carpets good until I used my new Shark. I can't believe how much dirt it picked up. I actually breathe better and I can see a huge difference. I will never buy anything but Shark now.

This is the most expensive vacuum cleaner I've ever purchased even though I got it on sale and had some Best Buy coupons to lower the price. It is worth every penny.

I replaced an older Shark and I can't believe how much better this newer vacuum does. The attachments are easy to change to and you can control the suction for smaller rugs.

The vacuum works great with good suction. I like the accessories and the way the vacuum moves. The only thing that is a bit hard for me is that it is heavy. I can't carry it around like you see on TV. Luckily, I don't really need to. Also like the length of the cord.

This unit was fairly easy to assemble. I was used to a dyson and this goes together in a slightly different way. Happy with it so far. 2 dogs an 2 cats so it gets a lot of use and picks up well.

This great for our two dogs who shed so much in the spring that I feel like I could build a new dog with of the hair this picks up. Highly recommend. Very easy to empty cannister and to clean filters.

I looked at several other brands but chose the Shark. Great machine and easy to use! Good value.

Good Suction, easy maneuverability, a bit heavy in the lift-away portion but doable. I enjoy the versatility via tools and settings/modes of use.

It's a very decent and strong build Vacuum.Works very great with roll on brush. Comes with very useful accessories. Sometimes it's getting hard to hold canister while doing cleaning but overall it's a decent vacuum.

I purchased this because of the reviews and the Black Friday deal, but I would not purchase it again and certainly not for full price. The suction is lame;; it's a cheap vacuum that hardly picks up anything. The attachments are large and clownish and not worth the fuss. The only redeeming factor is the lift away canister to do steps, but don't try using the automated roller on them because while it makes noise it does not pick up anything; however, you can use the hose back and forth on the steps so it essentially works better than lugging the upright up/down the steps. If I hadn't purchased it for over half off and if it weren't for the lift away function for the steps, I'd return it. I'm disappointed - all I've heard is how much people love their Shark, but this is more like a guppy.

First off we have 2 big dogs so with that being said we needed a vacuum that actually works! This one works. I like that I'm able to clean the filter with soap and water. It's easy to open and disposes of all the contents. I gave it only 4 stars because it's not so good on stairs even using the attachments.

Bought after our Dyson quit...was sceptical until after first use. Replaced both the hardwood sweeper and vacuum with this machine. Does a great job. Should of done it sooner!

Great vacuum for the price. If the weight distribution (thing tends to tip over when in "upright" mode" because of a very small base- but, only a minor annoyance) Minus the issue above- This vacuum performs VERY well on carpet and linoleum floors. I'd buy again.

We were debating on the shark vs dyson and wifey decided to get the shark. Said she absolutely loves it and is so easy to use. The carpet to hardwood feature is her favorite. No more broom

Put simply this is the best vacuum cleaner ever. It found dog hairs where I never knew dog hairs existed. My family and pets thank Shark. Maybe the could develope an attachment to vacuum the dogs?

This vacuum did awesome. I vacuumed my living and dining room with our high-end Oreck and then with this Shark. The shark got stuff the Oreck left behind and is so easy to use the kids have no problem using it as well.

Having sold vacuums in the past (that were substantially higher in price) I have found that the Shark is one of the best vacuums we have ever owned. Easy to use, easy to clean, awesome to own.

The vacuum replaces an old Oreck. It has a lot more suction that the old one ever had. The fact that it doesn't have a bag is very nice. The suction is variable which can be usable for some tasks.
