Shark Vacuum - totally sucks

Best Vacuum we have ever owned

We took it back and bought this one . Best vacuum we have ever owned. It has all of the features we wont and we have not had any problems. The ability to remove the main vacuum and carry it to stairs is a wonderful idea. The vacuum seems well built and sturdy. The feature to turn off the roller is great.
