I have always purchased kenmore products, this is my first shark and I love it.

I like the shark...I have went through 2 Dysons over the last 8 years and decided to try the shark because of the cost versus the Dyson. I vacuum everyday and loved the Dyson but upset that both of the Dysons quit working. I have only had the shark for about a month. So far it is working just as well as the Dyson. I have 4 rooms with carpet and the rest of the house is hardwood and tile. I have 2 small dogs and 2 cats. I am OCD when it comes to vacuuming. The shark has more parts ( 2 bases) a little hard to store as it takes up more space.

This is the best vacuum I have ever bought !! It holds its suction through the worst conditions !!

great sweeper cleans dog hair in one swipe. also alot cheaper than dyson

I bought this vacuum and really have a hard time being impressed by a vacuum cleaner. But when you struggle with an old product of course there is a honeymoon period with the new one. I think what makes this system better (besides it working) than the last was the ease in which it was to empty and clean the filter system. If the filter doesn't clean out well the system eventually will not perform as it does new. I mentioned that I had purchased this model to some co-workers and one had already owned the system and the other went out and purchased the vacuum that night. They both loved the product. So much for the honeymoon. I'll be checking on them on how long their marriage lasts.

I own a Dyson, it had issues and parts had to be ordered. I bought this Shark and prefer it over my a Dyson!!!

Bought the vacuum on a recommendation from a contractor. It does a great job, and the various pieces come apart and together for different jobs seamlessly. We have never had a bag-less vacuum before and I am impressed how much dirt it picks up. It is well designed and well constructed. My only complaint, if it is that, is there isn't enough on-unit storage for attachments. Have had it about three months and am pleased with it.

The suction on the Shark Rotator is excellent. It is so easy to empty the dust after vacuuming.

Works great! We have two dogs and it does a fantastic job picking up the pet hair. Easy to use.
