This vacuum does a dynamite job in our pet filled home. Only downside is it is a bit heavy but I suppose a powerful machine would be.

Here's the reason only 3 stars: 1. We like the vacuum overall and it does a good job of picking up dirt, though the attachments don't have great suction. 2. After less than 2 years, the brush roller stopped. We thought we could replace the belt or maybe even the switch. NO LUCK. They make it so you can't remove the plates (with a strange shaped screw head). Called customer service and they said $70 (even with warranty). After arguing, they offered 50% off. Still cost is $ 40 plus tax. Beware....

This is a good vacuum with multiple uses. I especially like being able to empty the container rather than using bags that have to be changed.

I've used this for regular carpet vacuuming and some more industrial applications (garage use). I like it and it gets the job done. The HEPA feature is nice and definitely works well. A major selling point for me.

WoW. I used this product in my bedroom carpet the first time. I was shocked at the amount of trash vacuumed up. Impressive.

its still to heavy. for a two in one. but i am trying to get used to it. i liked it better when shark just had the small unit.

This is the first time I've spent over $100 for a vacuum and I can completely tell the difference. We love that the canister can be removed so you don't have to pull the vacuum up and down the stairs.

I have pets and this Vacum picks up hair off carpets, floor, and couches! The conversion to canister vac has made my cleaning easier and faster!

Every time I get a Shark I have been satisfied with the product. I used one at my home and liked it so much, I bought one for my rental house.

I had a shark for 4 years prior to buying this one. And I love it. Also love the longer cord and longer hose for attachments.

This vacuum sucks and this is a good thing :) The only problem I had with it is that it feels a little loose, it is definitely not a professional vacuum, but it will do more than enough around the house.

Works well, but it is sort of heavy & has no room for storing all of the accessories that come with it. It works very well on pet hair. I have hardwood floors and the canister pop out option works better than the upright option.

I like the functionality, and multi purpose use.I didn't buy BB warranty and I am impressed with help of SharkNinja company warranty and their help even after 2.5 year of purchase. I highly recommend this company products
