Ok vacuum

I was able to take a picture of it online at home and they did honor the price . vacuum is OK don’t think it worked any better than my last one that I was 6 years old,kept it anyways.

Vacuums well but comes up short!

For example, you can't vacuum under your chairs, sofa or bed because of how it is made and more importantly this units lacks a powered lift-away. It is not clearly stated or obvious this unit has certain limitations based on the literature or advertising. If you want to "power vacuum" your carpet under furniture then this unit is NOT for you. Another problem is the unit lacks three accessories that BB's website states comes with it. It does not have the "pet upholstery tool, straight nozzle, Power Pet brush" that they say is included! I returned my purchase because of all these problems.
