After having a number of name brand sweepers over the past thirty/five years this is by far the best vacuum sweeper ever! I am very fussy when it comes to cleaning and can't believe the dust this sweeper picks up. I would highly recommend this product. Worth every penny!

always bought cheap cleaners. we have an autistic son, so we are hard on cleaners. this is great, it is very powerful, quiet, lightweight, and easily manuverable. hope it lasts longer, but, so far so good.

I really liked the light weight of this vacuum. It comes apart to allow hard to reach places. Easy to do stairs, ceiling & wall corners, under baseboard. Also liked the wood floor and carpet option. It was incredible how much dust & lint I collected the first time I used it!

I never knew just what I was missing out on by buying $50 vacuums. When my old vacuum died I decided it was time to be an adult and buy a real vacuum. Boy, was I impressed. Even after vacuuming religiously I never realized just what my old one was missing. It was actually quite disgusting to say the least. This vacuum is light weight and easy to use upstairs or down. The easy lift away feature makes me want to vacuum upstairs or heck on the stairs for that matter. A once dreaded chore is actually a lot of fun since buying this Shark lift-away. I am definitely sold in the Shark Navigator lift-away and do not see my self going back to a cheaper version.

I had a dyson that I loved, but after years of use, I needed to replace it. I wasn't willing to pay that much for another vacuum, so I tried the Shark. I won't say it's 100% as good as my Dyson when it was new, but it does a very good job. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver and the lights on the front are actually really helpful in highlighting crumbs! The collection bin is quite large, which means you don't have to empty it as often, but it also means it's too big to vacuum under my coffee table very easily. Wand is easy to detach and use, but it's annoying that all the accessory bits don't actually fit on the vacuum caddy, so you have to find a place for them in a closet somewhere and hope you don't lose them. I do love the long cord though - I can vacuum multiple rooms without having to go and plug it in somewhere else.

Purchased this to replace a 5 year old Hoover upright. This unit is powerful, runs quieter than our old vacuum, and picks up everything (especially dog hair). The detachable handle/hose is a nice feature. I am very pleased with this purchase. I would have given 5 stars if it had a better cable management system.

This vacuum is light weight, powerful, and a bargain price

I am in love with this vacuum. I am 6 ft tall and love the fact that the handle can extend to make it taller. It is extremely easy to use and picked up dirt my old vacuum left behind.

I am so very pleased with this machine. I have a Beam whole house vacuum. I just am tired of dragging the hose behind me and I have a back and neck problem and have found it difficult to use it. So I started looking for something easier to use. I looked at the reviews between this and the Bissell Pet vacuum. When we got to the store I actually had a man, out of no where, come up and tell me how great his wife liked this machine and it was on sale and cheaper than the Bissell. So I decided to take it. My husband and I brought it home and I put it together and plugged it in. I was so amazed all the pug hair and dirt that came out of my 30 yr old rug. OMG! This machine is a real wonder. I highly recommend it.

We had the previous model of the professional, and decided to go with this one again. Setting up the vacuum is simple. Then its just as easy as plug the bad boy in and go. The new hardwood floor attachment is perfect. It has little wheels on the bottom of the attachment so its quite easy to move around. The carpets and tiles were spotless after using this vacuum. The lift away option for the vacuum is a great feature. Makes it a little easier to move the vacuum around, especially if you have stairs in the house. Now, with the red color of the vacuum is perfect. We all know, red vacuums suck faster. All in all, well worth the money. Just ensure that you read the instructions on maintaining the vacuum.

This vacuum is amazing. Brought it home, put it together and tried it out in the living room, first. I don't think the carpet has EVER been so clean, since we moved in. The carpet was SOFT after vacuuming, and the canister was half full just from the living room, because the suction is so awesome. I've tried other brands and was an avid Dyson owner/user until this. My Dyson kept tearing up and losing suction, after only owning for a year. This has been absolutely amazing, and I really like the convenience and ease of converting to a canister vac when needed. Highly recommended!!

I went in to purchase a dyson when one of the salesgirls suggested looking at the shark She talked me into purchasing the shark and I am very grateful for her recommendation. Every bit as good as dyson for a $100 less. In many respects I like more of the sharks features.

Great vacuum. Great suction, very lightweight, Love it.

Was looking for a Dyson and when I realized how small the vacuum canister was to hold dirt and dog hair and also how you had to use a stick to get it out because it gets caught up in the canister we decided to look at another style vacuum. I went back to the shark vacuum again different model but we are totally and pleasantly surprised how well it picks up one floor and rug, the wand is great n easy to use. And canister is a nice size holds a lot, and is very simple to empty and cleaned out. I'm glad we made this choice. Had the vacuum over six months. And still works great.

I'm very happy with this device. It has excellent suction and the ability to detach the wand and also the canister is very handy for vacuuming those hard to reach places. The only downside is that some of the extra accessories don't attached to the vacuum cleaner so they need to be stored away separately.

I discovered when my last vacuum broke that any vacuum retailing for less than $200 should not even be purchased. I bought this based on customer recommendations even though it was not rated on Consumer Reports. This vacuum is light weight. It is easy to used the different features and tools. Most of all the suction is great even with the tools!

I got this vacuum because I have two pets and many different floor types throughout my house. This vacuum does am awesome job getting the job done. I love that I can easily vacuum stairs with the lift away feature. I use this for my hardwood, carpet, and vinyl floors.

Do not hesitate to buy this marvelous vacuum. It comes with a lot of useful accessories and makes cleaning a snap. I have bought three of these as gifts for family members and once again, Best Buy had the best deal. You will not be disappointed. Believe these reviews!

Purchased for a small business. It gets used every day and is living up to expectations. Can not beat it for the price. The first shark vacuum has been use for seven years and continues to run strong.
