I used my old vacuum first to see if this new one really was any better and WOW! By the time I was done the shark was full and had to be emptied.

This is my first Shark vacuum cleaner and I did not regret purchasing it. This little light weight is a gem. It is fun to use ad does great job of sucking up every dirt and hair from my carpet. It is not very loud like my old vacuum and turns on a dime. Awesome vacuum and the price is right.

At the time I bought this I had three Dyson vacuums and I gave them all away and got the Shark. I have never been this pleased with a vacuum

I have two dogs and lots of teenagers in and out of my house every day and I love so much about this vacuum. It is very lightweight and super easy to remove the wand or even take it off the base like a hand held. The cord is a little shorter than I would like it to be but otherwise I think it is a great vacuum for the price.

It's very powerful. Works better than expected. My rugs are exceptionally clean (which is great considering I have two cats and a dog).

I love, love, love this vacuum cleaner. Was skeptical to purchase it. I watched an infomercial and knew I had to have it. It never loses suction. It has an attachment for every use possible. The only downfall is all the attachments do not attach to the unit. I like to have everything in one place. Not so with this unit. However, that is minor compared to what it can do.

I think this vacuum is as good as the big money vacuums at a margin of the price. It has all the attachments to clean the whole house. It has a lot of power to sweep the dirtiest places. In other words this vacuum is a "bad mamagama"!

My family and I have pets and we have used Dyson vacuum cleaners in the past along with Hoover and Electrolux. By far, this Shark has truly made our lives so much easier especially with our pet hair problems.

Love the lift away feature. Easy to assemble and attach parts as necessary. Quiet cleaning. Lightweight. Makes cleaning seem almost effortless.

Previously I had bought a hoover, didn't last long. The shark has great suction and the right tools to get the job done.

This vacuum is, to me, a better buy than a Dyson (which I’ve owned). Not only is it cheaper, it does a great job, is easy to empty and clean, and if something gets jammed it’s much easier than most to take apart yourself. It’s not as heavy as it may look and is a pretty agile unit.

The vacuum is a little heavy and I don't like how you have to switch it to a stand to use the wand because otherwise the vacuum will turn over. I do like how easy it is to dump the lint dispenser. It has good suction for the price.

I bought the original Shark Navigator a few years ago and liked it so much I decided to buy a newer version of the vacuum. It works as expected and the few short-comings of the original have been addressed in this model (larger collection bin and better build quality).

Love this vacuum. We have a large Lab and 3 cats so plenty of animal hair. This vacuum gets it all! Even off the furniture and bed. We love the long wand that's built in. Find a bug on the ceiling? Pull the wand and suck it up! It's light weight, easy to push around and does everything we need!

We bought this when our cat was shedding more than usual and it is working out great. My wife took this one and I have the old Hoover upstairs, which is still a great vacuum. The Sharp leaves a better appearance, is easier to maneuver, and the ability to go from upright to canister is cool. Useful? I personally don't know, but my wife likes it a lot.

What can you say about a vacuum cleaner other than it sucks. And it does it very well, much better than other vacuums we've had in the past. The machine fits together well, with lots of interesting and useful attachments. The only problem is keeping track of the parts. Definitely a best buy.

My old vacuum was more than 10 yrs old. This was a huge step up for me. It works great. It's light weight and easily changes from a regular vacuum to a lift off for doing stairs. The kids even want to help now. The only problem I have Is storing the extra base and attachments. Some attach right to the vacuum but there are others that don't.
