This is my second shark vacuum. The suction is great and leaves nice tracks on the carpet. Very easy to use. Cord is long enough to get me around most room. Good vacuum for the price!

Powerful and versatile, this vacuum does great on carpet and hardfloor. We don't have pets, but it doesn't seem to have the issues with hair like our past vacuum (different brand). The attachments are great too.

That was my first Shark. Can't live without my vacuum cleaner now. Very versatile yet powerful. I use it for the carpet and hardwood floor. It has very convenient features. I may have become a vacuum freak.

This vacuume is the best vacuume my beautiful wife and I have ever owned. Does a great job of picking up all the dog hair and comes with really great attachments. Perfect for stairs with the lift away unit.

I've had my eye on this vacuum for several months and was cautiously eager when I finally ordered it. My housekeeper had just been here to clean the day before it arrived, so I decided to put it to "the test". I selected the master bedroom area for my test area and, you would not have believed the (actual) half cup of dirt and debris my new vacuum cleaned up. My housekeeper is an excellent cleaner but her relatively new vacuum just didn't pass. It is also easy to manage and change from one feature to the next. My home has never been so clean! The tremendous suction is unparalleled. The included attachments make for a total cleaning system. The vacuum literally propels itself. So far, I absolutely love this vacuum.

I would recommend this to anybody with pets.great on all surfaces and very quiet. Easy to clean and even the wand has great functionality. Excellent value for the money.

This is a great vacuum only exception is the cord does not retract. In my opinion any vacuum with "professional" in its name should have this feature. Works great for picking up pet hair.

After researching in internet, we bought this and its noise side but it cleans carpet and hardwood better than my previous vacuum
