I just moved into a two story home with carpeted stairs. I have a bad back and needed something light and easy to maneuver. This vacuum fits the bill. Because its new I'm having fun using it. I am amazed at how much it picks up and how easy it is to clean. Also happy with the flexibility between carpet and the laminated floors. I had a Bissell for 5 years and never had the confidence and ease that I get with the Shark. I'm thankful the Bissell bit the dust right before relocating. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Kirby's are made to last. I can prove that with the 16 years I used the same one. It was finally time for an upgrade a catch-up with technology. we'd owned a much older shark - a smaller one. I was less than impressed by it and it took the reviews (and the number of them) to make me gives this Shark a try. I have no complaints about this Shark. The suction is fantastic, the accessories are numerous and the unit is easy to maneuver. It's such an improvement that my 12 year old takes her time with vacuuming and using all the accessories when she can. That should say a lot about what this vacuum brings. This was my first experience with a bag-less vacuum and I very much like it and it's filtration system for producing cleaner air.

Love how well this vac suctions. Gets pet hair effectively and even pulls up fine dust that never showed up in my Dyson. I like the small "beater bar" attachment for upholstery and stairs. I also like how versatile the machine in allowing it to be used as an upright, a canister, or even hand-held! I wish there was more onboard storage for the attachments so I didn't have to haul them around. My machine also has a squeak already (maybe a wheel???). But for the most part I really do like this vacuum cleaner.

The Shark was recommended to me from two friends that both have dogs. They raved about how much better the suction was than the Dyson and left very minimal hair after vacuuming. I have to say I was skeptical, but after the first time I vacuumed I was in love!!! It's very easy to navigate up and down the stairs. The only complaint I have is the sturdiness when removing the wand. The entire vacuum tips over constantly. Other than that minor issue, it's a great vacuum and I would definitely purchase it again.

This vacuum is amazing! It has the lift away feature which allows you to get in the hard to reach spaces. It has powerful suction and it comes apart easily to get to things that get stuck in the tube. This vacuum is fun! Who would ever say that about a vacuum. I had a Dyson before and it lost it's suction. I like this one much better!

I did a lot of research before I got rid of my old Hoover...This vacuum is quiet, lightweight and strong! Love the handy attachments and the swivel steering with headlight. It has literally changed a chore into an enjoyable activity.

It is super light. The first time I used it, I was very impressed with how well it works. Comes with plenty of attachments. I would recommend this vacuum.

I bought this vacuum when we moved to a home with wood, tile and carpet and it does a great job on all. I also have a two-story and the vacuum is lite and easy to carry up and down the stairs. It's very easy to assemble and clean. I would recommend this product.

I LOVE this Vacuum! First, it is so easy to put together and use. Second, it is very powerful and cleans exceptionally well. Then cleaning out the dirt and dust is just a quick press of a button! And I no longer need a small vacuum to do the stairs since it is just another press of 2 buttons to remove from the base and add a tool to clean individual stairs.

I purchased this to help with some of my allergies. We vacuum everyday so you can imagine my surprise when we saw what the other vacuum was leaving behind. We vacummed only two rooms that night and filled the container half way. My carpet even feels newer after using this vacuum the piling has become more fluffy.

This vacuum is easy to use, does a great job, and is so powerful. I love it!

We own a Dyson at a family condo in Fl. Nice machine does a nice job -Shark was just starting to show up when we purchased the Dyson. We needed to replace our old Hoover and decided to check out Dyson & started reading reviews on other brands -this model Shark started showing up with nice marks. Tried it out at the store -also tried out the Dyson units -but at the end of the process -it was a value for money spent decision for us. This product is Dyson Like in terms of easy to use -nice flexibility -tons of options in terms of configuring it - vac power was impressive on multi floor surfaces -we have tile, hardwood and carpet.

I love this vacuum !! It is easy to maneuver, picks up great, I love the brush ceiling fan attachment to clean the fans ....we have them in every room of the house. Also recently tried on bare floors and it works great for that as well. I started the search set on getting a new Dyson, but after trying out several including the top of the line Dyson, this is the one I wanted. The length of the wand is also wonderful. I have back problems, and I don't really have to even bend over to get corners and cracks with the wand attachment. Great vacuum Shark !!!! Now I vacuum nearly every day !

My old vacuum died. I had that Bissel for years. We recently bought a new house with hardwood floors and area rugs everywhere. Not much need for a vacuum, or so i thought. Wow does this vacuum really do a great job. We have dogs and after vacuuming with this, we realised how duty our floors were. No loss of suction and our floors look great. Technology has come a long way since we bought our last vacuum nearly 15 years ago. This shark is awesome. Easy to use, plenty of power and attachments. I couldn't be happier. Our neighbor had a Dyson and says our Shark works just as good, if not better for half the price. If you need a strong and reliable, easy to use vacuum then this is the one for you. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.

This vacuum is surprisingly strong. I’m always amazed about how much it picks up. Adjustable suction allows you to vacuum over throw rugs, bathroom mats and carpeting that’s not attached to the floor. It’s on the smaller side which is perfect for my condo, easy to clean, head lights, Hepa Filter, traps dust and debris. Height is not adjustable, however It works great with short short carpet but not so great bare floors, I use the attachments for bare floor, they do great.

I've been through my share of high end vacuum cleaners and this one is absolutely wonderful!!! I'm the mom of a Doberman and he sheds once a year - it starts January 1 and ends December 31. What I love the most about this is that when you are going for some dust bunnies in a corner, it does not blow them all over the place like the previous ones that I had. The head is narrower allowing you to get into smaller areas, the rotation is awesome, and the weight is just right. It is everything that it claims to be. I was embarrassed about the amount of dirt that this Shark picked up. For the price, it can not be beat!!

This vacuum is great. I love how this thing is so versatile. The first time I used it, I couldn't believe how poorly our other vacuum did compare to this one. I feel that my house is cleaner and it easily picks up my cat and dog hair on carpet. I would recommend getting this vacuum.

very easy to use lightweight and all attachments very easy to use

this lightweight little vacuum has lots of suction power, cleans hard to reach spaces and can accommodate hard to reach areas. It is reasonably quiet and small enough to tuck in a closet. the only drawback is that it is very plastic to the point where it could damage easily if dropped accidently. the dirt canister is a little difficult to open and the attachments aren't easy to put into their slots. after using a large dyson this is less of a burden but I can tell its not built to last.
