This is a sleek and surprisingly quiet vacuum. I have not used all the attachments yet so I can't speak to all of its capabilities. However, while using it in the upright cleaning mode with the handle in the reclined position, it is a little awkward. Because all the weight is in the pod and the pod reclines with the handle, it is a bit of a workout for the arms. It seems to be very powerful and picks up quite a lot of pet hair. (We have 2 dogs and a cat).

We used an all-in-one Black and Decker for a while, but it never really had great suction on either the hardwood or carpet. We were worried about purchasing this one, since it was larger than we were used to and more bulky. Now that we have been using it for almost half a year now, we love it! It's actually very versatile and easy to get around and works great on everything.

I love the suction of the Shark Rotating Lift Away Professional Upright Vacuum and how easy it is to maneuver. It does a great job cleaning. Dyson (which is all plastic), and highly over priced. The only thing I did find a hassle was the cord getting in the way since it is so long, but the long cord does make it easier to manipulate and cover larger areas without plugging and unplugging so much. I would recommend this vacuum to a friend; definitely.

Lightweight, maneuvers easily, excellent power. Out performs my old Dyson hands down.

Great suction power. Love the tools. But gets one star off for the short hose that uses the tools. It wont extend very much without knocking it over.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother and I think I love it more than she does. This is the best vaccum I've ever owned! It picks up dirt and dust that you would have never guessed was there in the first place. The flexibility of the vaccum makes it easy to maneuver, and the lights on the front help for the darker places. If you need a new vaccum don't hesitate to buy this!

I run a home cleaning business and this is hands down the best vacuum I have ever used! My only issue with it is that it sucks up so much dirt that I have to empty it kind of often...
