    It’s super cool and useful The only thing that I have to be mention the moping motor doesn’t work after like one hour using but is still work without, so you have to leave it away for like half an hour and using with the motor to moping Still highly recommend…

    Unsatisfied, I ended up returning the mop. I love the idea of it and it was easy to use overall but unfortunately you could see every line and spin mark on the floors. I have light hard wood floors and I could see the spin marks going up and down the direction I went. I carefully followed the recommendation directions and used distilled water only, waited until it got hot and steam came out and still saw each line on the floor. I also changed the pads half way through my cleaning thinking maybe the floors are just really dirty; didn’t change anything. I also waited for the floors to dry completely and went back again over them again and got the same results. Highly disappointed.
