I moved into an apartment with all hardwood floors and was using my Swiffer all the time. Felt like I was throwing money out the window with refills and this allows you to reuse the same pads. So glad I bought it! Easy to set up and was cleaning within 5 minutes. My mom and brother have both purchased this for their homes as well and both have had the same result.

We are pleased with our purchase of this versatile steamer. It is an upgrade from an older model that we purchased years ago, but were very happy with. This newer one doesn't require the "pumping" to keep the steam up. We really love the attachable accessories that allow us to steam our appliances, countertops, showers, and more. The price is very reasonable andjustified by the value of the product and we would highly recommend it.

My wife and I have been looking to find a good steam mop to clean our hardwood floors. When I saw this on sale it seemed like the perfect time to buy. Once we got it home and used it we could not be happier with how well it cleaned our floors.

Love this steamer because it’s very user friendly and cleans greasy kitchen counters killing bacteria without using harsh chemicals. It’s a great hard floor and bathrooms with the flip mop head and handy attachments.

It was really impressed at how easily and thoroughly this steam mop cleaned my wood floors. It picked up a lot of dust that I did not even see. Similar to a Swiffer with all of the dirt captured by the pad. I think this is a better option because it is reusable. I just tossed the pad in the washing machine.

If you are looking for a versatile steam cleaner, this is the one for you. Not only does it to an amazing job on floors, the attachments make quick work of bathrooms too. So easy to use, I use steam only for a routine clean, works great. For tough jobs, I spray some cleaner on the floor, then steam it away. Using the handheld steamer in the bathroom is amazing. Cleaning the shower, counters, and the hard to reach behind the toilet spots, is a breeze. The pads are easy to clean, just toss them in the washer, no buying refills all the time.

This is a good starter mop, but not as much power as the original shark. A family with children might need one with more power.

Use it on tile floor and wood laminate. I have dogs with lots of muddy paws and this works great. Easy to use.

I bought this for my wife. It replaced a previous steam mop that we had. The old one broke and could not be fixed. She liked that but after she tried this one, she was glad to get rid of the old one. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

I love the shark steamer. It cleans very well and heats up rather quickly. I only give it 4 stars because I believe the cord is too short and this steamer (much like any others) is not the finishing product for wood floors. A cleaning gloss or shine is required after usage with a dry mop for full effect

This steam mop is awesome. I actually used it to remove wallpaper from my entry hallway. It worked perfectly. I use on my ceramic tile and hardwood floors and it cleans up pretty much everything. The only thing is the water reserve does not last as long as I need.

The unit is easy to handle. The steam is just right.

We sweep and wet swiffer at least once a week in the whole apartment. I thought the floors were clean, but the first time I used this steam mop the bottom of it turned nasty black/brown from the dirt and grime on the floor. It's really easy to use, but you have to move kind of slowly with it. You just have to throw the cloth in with your wash and it comes out perfectly fine, but I'd recommend getting a second so you can swap it out halfway through your cleaning.

Did a good job on new vinyl floors. Also, used the steamer unit on tile grout counters and shower. Easy to operate. Construction seems to be quite sturdy. Good investment for a reasonable price. However, we just recently purchased it. One drawback: wife thinks it is quite heavy.

This is my 3 Shark steamer. Each one gets better. This one is versatile and very simple!

I don't have to worry about bending over back & forth trying to squeeze the water out of the mop. I used to hate mopping I would always put it off but now it's so easy I don't have a problem mopping every night.

I have tried so many different products that all seem to leave some sort of residue until now! I miss the just cleaned smell...but I can just light a candle. Heats up fast, difficult to find replacement heads.

I bought this steamer for my wife for her birthday because she said she's always wanted to get a Shark steamer for awhile and she tells me that she absolutely love it.
