Got this as a replacement of an older version. I used to have to pump my steam mop to get it working! I love not having to work so hard to get it working and find myself more willing to do the work than before and I keep up with my mopping better. The water reservoir holds more water than before as well, I don't have to refill as frequently either. All the attachments are great as I have 2 younger kiddos and cleaning up behind them is a lot easier!

We bought this for my mother in law and she is pretty happy with it. It is cleaning and sanitizing her kitchen and bathroom in minutes. I would recommend to use distilled water if you want to keep it a long time

Extremely easy to put together and use. I usually hand wash my floors and I have to say I noticed my floors came out excellent when using this. Used on tile and sealed hardwood. Worked great on both. My only one gripe is that you can't put cleaner in it. But that is quite alright. I just sprayed some fabuloso on the floor and then went over it with the steam mop. Floors came out smelling and looking amazing.

This was very easy to put together. Works well on my new Cortec floors.

i love this steamer. It is easy and cleans great. Threw away my conventional mop immediately. Only negative is that it cannot stand alone, so you must be sure to lean it on something, or it will fall.

This does an amazing job on tile and wood floors. Improved the appearace of grout lines after only one use.

Bought this as a gift for my 93 year old mother. It lets her keep her kitchen clean with minimal effort on her part. Makes us both happy!

I purchased this item on my daughters recommendation. I wasn't sure it would work, but was I wrong. I did not believe it would clean, with just water. When I used it, I was amazed. My kitchen floor was in dire need of moping, which I dreaded. I used the Shark, and was amazed at how well it cleaned the floor. It also left the floor almost completely dry. I am 78, and it made a chore, an easy task.

I wasn’t sure about a steam mop at first... didn’t think it would clean anything. But it was recommended to try, and oh man, am I grateful. It’s so easy to use, very lightweight, and so far, I haven’t encountered anything it can’t tackle. No scrubbing needed, so my arms love it! The interchangeable heads also make it very useful and functional, especially when it comes to tight spaces or corners.

This is great for doing floors, tile, counters, etc. Converts from floor to handheld very easy!

I really wanted the detachable steam unit to clean above the floor - so I bought this while on sale. It works as described - good steam flow - and HOT. Actually burnt my left hand a little while trying to get to close to a window......my fault. But as far as cleaning a window - it streaks like everything else. Happy to have the product - use it on above surfaces a great deal now. It is nothing to rave about but it does a slightly better than fair job.

Makes cleaning efficient, chemical free and good price

This item is easy to use and highly effective. Definitely better than a mop or Swifer wet jet.

This mop heats up quickly and does a good job cleaning up my wood floors. I have 4 little boys running around with their sticky hands and feet and the mop does a good enough job cleaning up after them. I like that I can use the handheld wand to clean walls and chairs. I would not recommend for tough shower jobs or anything to heavy. Good for everyday messes.

This steamer does a good job on my tile. It is light and easy to use.

I have seen more expensive ones but this little steam mop does just fine I also like the way it comes apart for smaller spots,

I use this steam cleaner on the hardwood floors and absolutely love it. There are times when it leaves streets but I'm not sure if that is the units fault or how my floor is reacting. I have a large space that I clean and only have to refill the unit once or twice, but it heats up extremely fast and does not waste my time when the transition happens. I Have not used the attachments yet but looking forward to giving them a try.

purchased for myself prior and absolutely loved it, bought it as a gift and they absolutely loved it -- easy to clean, awesome amount of steam with no funny smells

This is a great mop and steamer. My bathroom walls have never been so clean. Easy to put together and easier to use. I recommend this product to all home owners.

I had some doubts but the steam pocket does a nice job at cleaning and disinfecting your tile floor. The nice thing about it is you no longer have to invest in cleaners that contain chemicals. All you need is distilled water and the mop does the rest. At the sales price , this is a great pickup!
