Love this steam mop. Easy to use. My kids love that they don't have to mop old style. Lol

Our other shark that was about 8 years old broke, so we upgraded to this one. She says that it works better than the original right out of the box.

I love how light-weight this steam mop is. I have hardwood floors and this steam mop is great for keeping them clean without the use of harsh chemicals. Start up time is quick and I like that it has two cleaning sides on the pad.

This steamer works quite well and removes what seems to be deeply embedded dirt. I am glad I bought it. In fact, it makes me see exactly how dirty my floor is because of the amount of dirt picked up and how clean the floor looks afterwards. I only wished that it had 2 mop cloths instead of 1 as I must wash when it becomes dirty. I haven't used the smaller attachments included in the package but will someday. It really cleans up the floors (laminate, wood), but, you must make sure that you don't let the steam linger long on any flooring not rock/ceramic. It's that powerful!

This steam mop is of great quality and so easy and light. The final results are fantastic and my floors are clean and sanitized.

If price is your deciding factor, then this steam mop is a bargain. The drawbacks: the power cord should be longer; this particular model only came with 1 cleaning pad while other models came packaged with at least 2. Stand out issue: other models I reviewed stated the temperature of the steam, I could not find any info regarding the temperature for the Shark models. Steam has to reach a certain point in order to eradicate germs, and mold/bacteria. The unit operates well, but is the steam really effective? There's no way to know... I made the purchase based mostly on ease-of-use and price.

This does a great job. Love the attachments. Water reservoir could be larger, but I just fill it up twice to get the job done. Well made materials and simple to take care of. Make sure to clean the mop heads immediately after use, to get them nice and clean.

Finally, at a good price, I can get my adult children to clean the kitchen floor!

I just love this steam mop...it cleans all kind of dirt...and easy to use too.
