I bought this mop on the recommendation of a friend. It is lightweight and easy to handle. I have used it only once, but was satisfied with the results. The steam pocket was laundered as directed, and cleaned completely. My only surprise was that when I first unwrapped the item, there was water condensation in the reservoir suggesting that I might have received a floor sample. All of the attachments were new and separately wrapped. It worked fine so no problem. I ordered the mop from BestBuy on line, and it was delivered within two days.

What the dyson and swifer doesn't get this will ... simply throw the pad in the wash dry and your ready to go again..I recommend getting a second pad for backup.

Cleans germs but I can't tell if it really makes a difference... But it cleans and shines the shower doors well!

I love this item! Could use it two different ways.

I would not recommend using this for a normal cleaning. Works well for a refresh on recently cleaned floors. One last swab before company arrives and a quick clean after they leave is the best use for this unit.

With hardword floors throughout the house, we needed an easy to use and light weight steamer we found it it It cleans the floors beautifully.

Product is best suited for Windows and mirrors. With floors? One has to mop first then steam clean. Sort of defeats the purpose

My hard floors have never been so clean as with the steam mop. Easy to use--easier on my back than regular mopping.
