I bought this because we have hardwood and ceramic floors through out our home and I hated using a bucket and mop. I was never sure if the floor s were really completely clean. With the steam, I am sure it is clean. The hardwood shines after I'm done and it dries almost immediately.

This is another great Shark steam mop. I love the added steaming tools for other house cleaning.

We have used the Sharp 2 and 1 steam Mop several times now are very pleased with the results. The tile floors and bathroom shower were cleaned beyond expectation. Great Product

This is my second purchase of the same model the first one still works fine and the second one is for my other job. Get one if they sell it on Black Friday

Looks great, but this is a Christmas present and has not been used yet. I always have good luck with products from Best Buy so keep coming back.

This is a lifesaver. My floors have never been cleaner and is easy to use.

Im a big shark fan have 2 of there vacs both excelent, so when I wanted a steamer it was a no brainer to chose a shark. I have used other brands, some just push around dirty water and leave too much water on the floor. All steam and good pick up pads wiyh this one.

Have only used it once but floors actually look and feel clean! Love the handheld steamer that detaches as well. Good combo in one!

This was the first steam mop I’ve ever used and after recently getting new tiles floors I’m not let down. Of course, you must sweep before using this. Once it gets going it cleans the floor nicely. Also used on the shower tile and it removed mildew stains. Would like to have more pads come with it though

I like this mop. It's compact, and it works well. Good for a small space. Uses up the water quickly, but it keeps things sanitary.

This works great for heating up messes to make them easy to remove, but, I thought it would have some power behind the steam to remove the mess. You still need to scrub a little. That considered, you feel like your surfaces are REALLY clean when you are done.

Steam cleaner works great on my hardwood floors. Also worked great on my glass shower doors and tile.

I cleaned my kitchen grout with this plus my wood floor and it did such a good job that I used it on my daughter's grimy, black counter top grout. She recently moved into a new home and I doubt it was cleaned in 23 yrs. My steamer made it spotless! We'll use it on her tile and wood floors too! after all items are put away.

I just built a home and had it completely done in porcelain tile so this is my first time using a steamer so I can't compare it to any other brand. I will say that I absolutely love it so far. I've only used it twice but I have no complaints. It is lightweight and does a good job.
