Great Price Great Product

Put the product together fired it up and started cleaning. It didn't take very long before you could see the difference between this and the old mop. As my wife said, the floors never looked so clean.

Does exactly what you say it will do

I have several large rooms with porceline floors that have engraved designs that collect dirt. Up until this purchase we have always had to spend a lot of time and effort to keep them clean. Great Product!

This item worked the first time-never again though
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this item as a gift for someone and it literally worked the very first use and then the second time the person plugged it in, it never warmed up the water to steam. It also has no on/off switch for me to attempt to play with. I'm so beyond dissatisfied. I am hoping to return it because I am still within the 45 day ELITE PLUS return/exchange policy.

SECOND, THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT EVEN CLEAN ANY GROUT - IT DOES NOT GET LOW ENOUGH. THIRD, IT JUST PUSHES ANY SOLID GRIME, CRUMBS, HAIR, ETC AROUND THE ROOM. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT -- MINE WILL BE RETURNED TOMORROW!

Waste of money

So disappointed because it was nice using it, but will not purchase another one from this company.
