    I was very pleased from the moment I started using this steam mop. I don't like to use chemicals all the time in the house so this is a nice alternative. I use it on my hardwoods and tiled flooring. Like others have mentioned, the water tank is on the smaller side but it still doesn't deter me from using it. It's a trade off for not being heavy which is great if you're carrying it up and down stairs

    I loved this updated steam mop. The extra steam feature is amazingly helpful. Ease to use, and fits underneath most of all furniture. I love to clean more often home now.

    Great product!!! We had an old steam mop that just had a pad you had to push around to use. The pads were unwieldy at best. This device is a great replacement! The pads are awesome and the thing almost drives itself. I love it and my floors do as well!!!

    I like that it cleans the floor good without the chemicals. The cord is long, I wish it was cordless, but the long cord makes up for it. The pads it comes with are easy to wash and reuse. Overall, I like the product. Filled with water once gets the whole downstairs tile floors clean. I don't know how much my actual downstairs size is, but I live in a 2800 sq 2 story house if that's helps any.

    I've only used the unit once, but it appears that it will do the job. My only concern is that it required multiple passes and considerable physical effort to remove the stains from the slate floor in the kitchen. With this being said, it was easy to clean the the wood flooring in the dining room and hallways.

    Well I never win. But will do a survey for it . For what I used it for it was great . I have a ceramic tile floor in bath and laundry room I wanted it just for that it cleaned that floor super good .

    Is the better product on his line. Steam out a lot of pressure to keep tile clean taking easy the grime and is easy to clean baseboards grout or coolking with the steam pressure

    I love this steamer! I had a Bissell before and it was good but it took a fair but of back and forth to get stuck on gunk off the floor. This does it in seconds! Ill never mop regular again! Love this thing.
