Works very well! Sometimes wish the charge lasted longer.

Had a Dyson V7 that still ran well but would just kick around cat litter on our hard floors. This Shark with the soft brush roll works perfect and gets litter on the first pass. It also still has the rubber roller for cleaning carpet.

Love the performance and you can tuck it away when done. I only have hardwood floors, with tile in the bathrooms for reference. I can vacuum with half of the battery, my whole apartment.

Works great on hardwood and carpet. Easy to clean.

Great suction. Battery life last about 25 min when being used on full power. It last close to a hr when using low mode, which still has good suction. If your house house has pets and kids be prepaird to clean the filters and bin weekly.

Picks up dust and pet hair easily, and the flexible handle is a game changer. Battery lasts long enough for a full clean. Plus I love the little scent cartridge they include. Leaves the house smelling clean as I vacuum

Love the versatility of using as a handheld or with the powerbrush. The vacuum has good suction and battery life. I also like that the battery can be removed and charged separately.

Efficient suctioning. You hold all the weight in your arm. Battery life is a joke for a standard house. Canister size is also a joke. We have a lot of outside debris from the dogs, i.e. pine straw and grass. The pine straw gets stuck and need someone to take it apart.

I always had Dyson Vacuums, but after my last one stopped working I decided to try this one. I really like it, works well and gets the job done. Highly recommended!!!

Love it so far, we have had shark vacuums for years now so I know their quality. I first purchased the Dyson v15 and returned it for this one. Glad I did, this one was much easier to move around and navigate multi floors.

This vacuum is amazing. So we cleaned a carpet with a different vac. An then the same carpet with the shark. we were amazed at what the shark vacuumed up during it session. Amazing.

I’m writing this review as I sit passenger princess headed back to the store with my broken vacuum. I bought it exactly 2 months ago and it has been used a handful of times. The vacuum folds for storage and that is where the issue comes to play. Something in that folding section broke and now the vacuum will not fully extend into the upright vacuum position. So here we are headed to the store to discuss options thankfully it’s under manufacturer warranty and I did purchase the extended warranty but now I’m wondering if this was a bad purchase. Performance wise, the vacuum seems to do a good job no complaints there, but the battery does not last long at all. So buyer beware if you choose this option purchase a second battery, and no that your vacuum may break within a few months.

Great vacuum, bought it a month ago. I’m still in between the shark and Dyson. So far the shark has performed at its best.

I used other product, but this one is really works better than expensive vaccum in the market, i dont want to degrade other portable product, which i used, all wanted to say this works great,.

This review is because of Shark Warranty. The product is good. I have no complaints about how it works. I have had this vacuum for a little under a year. The motor has went out in it. I called the warranty for Shark, not best buy. This is not on Best Buy. I spoke with the customer service rep. We went through troubleshooting. They determined that the head unit needed replacing. Unfortunately it is on back order and will take 2-4 weeks. Not happy about that, but I understand. What got me was even though the unit is under warranty. I have to pay for the shipping charges. So BEWARE OF SHIPPING CHARGES FOR WARRANTIED PRODUCTS!!! I did tell them I do not feel that is right to have to pay shipping on a warranty. They explained the the unit is covered but not the shipping. The did in the end agree to not charged shipping, but it would only be this one time. So if I have any other issues I would be charged.

works as great as our old 7 year old model! Even better now i don't have to give this one a haircut every week!

Works great on hard surfaces floors just what I needed for my kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors, and entryway.

This vacuum is creat for getting all those places you can’t quite get to with a normal vacuum. Deffinitly worth it if you have the funds.
