Great Vacuum - Horrible Battery

The only reason for the mud-rated review is the battery life is blahhhh! It never charges to 100% no matter how long it’s on the charger and the minute I turn it on the number will drop 20-50%. I plan to contact Shark to see about a possible battery replacement. If that’s successful I will change my review to 5 ⭐️s! I would be moderately satisfied with even a 30 minute battery life.

The canister is a little smaller than my last stick vacuum but the other improvements more than make up for that.

The hinge on the housing for the flex option did crack when i was trying to open it up, but i think it was more user error.

I really like this vacuum and the fact that it can bend to get under low furniture is amazing! The only downside is that I wish the battery lasted longer.

Better than a Dyson (IMO)!

I prefer that it folds in half when not in use which saves space plus I have had Dyson stick vacuums not be able to stand up on their own. Like some others said, it could be a little more substantive (so hoping that the button you press to have it bend over doesn’t break). I definitely recommend the shark over the Dyson (which I returned since it wasn’t worth the extra $$). I love it that it can disengage from the stick part to just be a hand vacuum. Good suction power so far!

Every other vacuum had my hair tangled in the bottom but this vacuum is like magic! It never gets stuck in the bottom and it just gets sucked up!! PERFECT! I would buy this over and over again!

Only issue is not enough attachments available and battery loses power too quickly. Love auto adjustments from carpet to hardwood floor. Also like the folding handle, which makes it easy to store. Does a great job.

The suction is outstanding and the Clean Sense IQ technology is definitely legit. The vacuum will ramp up when I go over heavier debris. It’s actually surpassed my expectations. I was in the market for a new stick and compared this with Dyson which come in at twice the price for equal quality, battery life and overall performance. This machine picks up everything and I can assure you if that as I have two dogs who shed. I highly recommend this product and thank BestBuy for it’s price match guarantee!

I don't even have to change any of the settings to go from tile to rug or carpet. It's lightweight and the battery usage is great to see. It lets me know who when I need to finish my cleaning. I love the scented Odor guard. I have dogs and it helps with the odor of their fur. I would recommend it to my friends.
