Best purchase for a vacuum. Easy assembly, easy empty, accessories work good, lift away makes cleaning fast, perfect vacuum

Best purchase ever. Super great suction. Easy to use.

So initially I was very happy with this vacuum and its performance. It had great suction and maneuverability and did very well with the pet hair and high usage of the household. However I have to give it zero stars because the dog chewed the cord and turned an otherwise good vacuum into a paperweight. I thought I could just replace the cord especially being an electronically inclined person but this vacuum, and I assume all other shark products, are so intensely and intentionally designed to be as un-user serviceable as possible. Something as simple as a power cord should not render the entire thing useless but it did. Attempting to take it apart broke many of the plastic clips that held it together and once disassembled it was not possible to re assemble it. Not even to mention that they do not sell replacement parts so I had to get a cord secondhand off a broken unit. I will never buy another shark product again. All I was left with at the end of the day was a $500 piece of trash. Got a whopping 2 months of use.

Absolutely love! It SUCKS the way it should! Maneuvering is easy-going; the lift away canister is lightweight; the telescopic handle and hose detachment makes for doing our staircase a piece of cake!

This vacuum is legit. It’s amazing and works great. Although it does have some weight to it. It’s the heaviest one we’ve ever had but other than that no complaints.

Upgraded from the Shark Navigator. So far, not in the slightest but disappointed. This vacuum really sucks. If I had to leave one negative comment, it is much heavier than the Navigator.

This is by far the best vacuum I’ve ever used. It does everything and it has the most powerful suction I’ve ever had in the vacuum.

The vacuum is very powerful, perfect for dog hair, which is why we purchased it. It is a little heavy as some have said, but that is not an overriding issue. We would definitely buy it again.
