    NOthing is perfect the hose is to short the tools can't estay at its place but is a nice one

    Have had less than a year already having issues. On / off button no longer works. Have to plug and unplug to turn on and off. Only know if the brush is actually spinning IF the light is on

    The only problem I have had is that it tips over easily when the Lift Away is engaged. It always take a little bit of learning in maneuverability.

    I ordered this vacuum last summer and it lasted about 7 months before the brush roller quit working. I contacted Shark and they replaced it with the same vacuum. Not even a month later the roller quit working and the vacuum gave off a terrible burning smell. Back to Shark customer service I went and will be sending the replacement vacuum back to them. Don't waste your time or money with this vacuum. Everything is just made to break, unfortunately.

    Biggest negative is that it can't be used on rugs or carpet. Otherwise, it all works as advertised but it was hard to figure out initially and it was too much of a hassle to clean. I got a powerful vacuum cleaner instead and I use an old fashioned mop whenever needed.
