So far so good. Great suction. Good handling although it is heavy. I'd probably give a 4.5 in reality. 0.5 off due the weight.

My old Shark unit of almost 10 years had a plastic piece bust on me, affecting its direction. Although this happened, the motor kept on performing excellently...much to my pets dismay. Instead of becoming frustrated with each stroke of the unit, I knew it was time for a new vacuum. Best Buy offered many different brands on sale but Shark's are the best for performance and quality. You won't be disappointed EVER.

Great suction and 3 different settings. Overall I really like it. But it is pretty heavy so keep that in mind if you have to take it up stairs.

We have a Labrador who sheds so much and this does an amazing job everytime! The odor neutralizer is a nice feature and easily be used on the lowest setting to be effective. This has a lot of power and works well going from LVP to carpet or area rugs with the switch on the floor setting. I also love that hair doesn’t get wrapped around the roller!

My husband and I have a different definition of picking up the mess before you vacuum. Needless to say, this sucker is a champ. I've watched my husband vacuum up things that probably would have broken my mom's vacuum in the 90s. I love that you can empty the trash into the trash can AND clean it. I also like the odor neutralizer. The detachable feature is awesome and comes in handy.

I bought this vacuum cleaner to clean our 3-room apartment. I have a short-haired dog and friends often visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the self-cleaning system and the power of the vacuum, but the weight was too much. Even my arms got tired after a few minutes of use, not to mention my wife. She was very disappointed with the weight. It was impossible to use. I had to return it to the store.

I bought this for my mom when her previous shark we thought broke (turned out to be a broken hose on the floor head) and she loves the dual clean roller since the house is 50% carpet 50% hard floor and my parents have 3 dogs that shed a lot. Some other vacuums she would have issues getting the fur off of the kitchen floor because it’s a weird flooring type and the fur kind of sticks, but the dual clean roller does a great job of getting the hair off of that.

I have 2 cats that like to kick their litter everywhere this vacuum picks it all up even in the tightest spaces and the odor neutralizer is a godsend. I can quickly switch from high rug low rug and hardfloor when quicky cleaning, and the little tool it comes with is fantastic not only for rugs but pillows, cat trees, stairs, and shirts with hair. This vacuum sucks like a EF5 tornado and its wonderful.

This vacuum is exceptionally easy to use, cleans everything to our high standards and stores conveniently. NO complaints here.

Love the power of this vacuum and have just started using it. I love how much it picks up dust. Not sure it gets the where the wall meets the floors in some places that have molding well with using an attachment. The attachment extra falls off of the holder on the side while using the vacuum which can be frustrating.

It sucks really well. Easy to use. Lightweight but not cheap feeling. But it sucked thing out of our brand new carpet that and that was shocking. What more can you ask in a vacuum other than for it to suck?

Love the power of this Shark. With five cats, I need a good vacuum for cat hair. I’ve always owned Sharks, but this the new brush system works great on carpet, low-pile rugs, and hardwood. The scent cartridge is pleasant. I don’t like a lot of fragrance, but it’s a light smell while vacuuming. It doesn’t linger long. The cord is long enough and the two pieces that came with it are fine, but for the price, I was expecting more accessory pieces. Like my other Sharks, the hose isn’t long enough to reach high places.But that’s the only drawback for this vacuum cleaner. My last Shark lasted 8 years. Because Sharks really aren’t consumer friendly to change belts and such, I hope this one lasts as long.

Purchased on an amazing sale. Better suction and power compared to bissel just slightly. When this is on sale it’s a no brainer.
