Amazing, better in my opinion than Dyson and Miele (I have tried both). I do not like to assemble things, but I just watched an unboxing YouTube video and was ready to use this vacuum. It’s amazing how much more it picks up compared to Dyson and Miele (like 10 times as much). It swivels really well and the attachments are perfect for stairs, small spaces etc. it is bagless. You just press a button and empty it in the trash. You can use it like a Dyson and Miele because you can detach the main body to maneuver it up and down stairs. If you like the clickable/Lego like features of Dyson, you will love this vacuum. Shark really studied Miele and Dyson, stepped up their game, and viola they gave you this glorious product, a more lightweight, easier to maneuver hybrid of Dyson and Miele. I hate, hate cleaning (I often delay it because I hated the cumbersome vacuums I had before this one), but I am excited to clean with this vacuum. I always found Miele too heavy and awkward to move around, and Dyson always got disabled when picking up hair. But no such issues with this vacuum so far (crossing my fingers it lasts). It is worth the price. They left no stone unturned.

It sucks really well. Easy to use. Lightweight but not cheap feeling. But it sucked thing out of our brand new carpet that and that was shocking. What more can you ask in a vacuum other than for it to suck?

I have had other Sharks before. They were really good. But I needed something easy to vacuum stairs and pick up pet hair. This vacuum is top shelf after the first vacuum job it was worth its weight in gold. I know it cost like gold. But it is so worth it.

Love the power of this Shark. With five cats, I need a good vacuum for cat hair. I’ve always owned Sharks, but this the new brush system works great on carpet, low-pile rugs, and hardwood. The scent cartridge is pleasant. I don’t like a lot of fragrance, but it’s a light smell while vacuuming. It doesn’t linger long. The cord is long enough and the two pieces that came with it are fine, but for the price, I was expecting more accessory pieces. Like my other Sharks, the hose isn’t long enough to reach high places.But that’s the only drawback for this vacuum cleaner. My last Shark lasted 8 years. Because Sharks really aren’t consumer friendly to change belts and such, I hope this one lasts as long.

When I tell you this is the best vacuum I have ever had, I am so impressed with its ability to pickup everything, including dust. I love the scent pod feature and being able to easily break it down to a smaller vacuum for stairs. I’ve had it awhile now and it’s so easy to use I recommend it to all my friends!

Works very well on multiple floor surfaces. Much easier to switch between floor surfaces, control is located right in the handle much easier than previous model. Lift feature is much easier, better balance and comes apart much easier old version had a heavy base that would fall over and make the lift away feature less appealing. Much improved on this version.

Best vaccuum I've ever owned. Makes easy work of pet hair, dust, allergens, had cleanable removable parts to clean under and behind all furnite and up stairs. Not too heavy to maneuver and glides easily across carpet, wood, floors.

Strongest vacuum I've ever owned, it's a good thing the off button is on the handle in case you get too close to your drapes. Multiple configurations help you clean high, low and in between with ease, though it is somewhat bulky, but we choose endless run time over lighter weight cordless ones with short battery life. The "Odor Neutralizer Technology" is really just a heavily perfumed capsule that you might want to remove unless you're dealing with wet dog smell.

Just bought this yesterday on sale and wow. I have dogs and just cleaned with my Dyson Animal the day before. I thought I would try it out when I brought it home and just kept sucking up pet hair that the Dyson left behind. Great on wood floors and carpets. Stairs are never easy but this worked well. Was impressed with how easy it was to get under furniture. I would buy this over and over again.

I bought this vacuum recently and it has been great. I really like the fact that hair and strings doesn’t get caught in the roller brush. The lift away feature helps with cleaning the staircase.

It cleans as it should. It is a sweeper; they are all overpriced.

I used to think cleaning sucked. But now I know, this vacuum sucks hard. Here’s everything off the floor and pet hair or off the carpet.

Wow!! What a difference this vacuum makes. We vacuumed with our old vacuum and then vacuumed the same area with the Shark Stratos...so much dog hair, dirt, etc. was picked up. My husband loves it!! Cleans carpet and hard floors perfectly. We also have the Shark Rocket for quick/small jobs and love it too. We've had Dysons and Oreck, and nothing compares to a Shark.

Awesome vacuum! I’ve owned several Shark vacuums in the past this is by far the best one. It works great on all floor surfaces. Carpets are so clean they look like they were shampooed.

I bought this for my mom when her previous shark we thought broke (turned out to be a broken hose on the floor head) and she loves the dual clean roller since the house is 50% carpet 50% hard floor and my parents have 3 dogs that shed a lot. Some other vacuums she would have issues getting the fur off of the kitchen floor because it’s a weird flooring type and the fur kind of sticks, but the dual clean roller does a great job of getting the hair off of that.
