This is our second Shark. We have two Australian Shepherd dogs and have to vacuum at least twice a day. Our first lasted 6 years with a hard workout!!!

Except for sock clogging this is an excellent vacuum cleaner.

This is one of the best vacuums I’ve bought. My house is primarily hardwood and have pets. Prior to this product I used a dyson V8, which I loved, but didn’t have the battery capacity for my home. This product SUCKS!!! The best for flat floors and pets

It is working beautifully, and has multiple improvements over my previous Shark.

This vacuum cleaner is the best we have ever owned. Pickup is awesome and my wife loves the LED lights in hard to see areas like the hallway and darker corners. Power and selector switch is at the top of the handle and makes selecting the cleaning mode easy. We really haven't noticed the odor neutralizer doing anything, but nevertheless, this is a pricey but excellent vacuum cleaner.

I LOVE this vacuum, I've been through many trials with vacuums and I finally found this one that works the best with pet hair. We have 2 dogs who shed like crazy, so after buying this it was life changing! And another bonus is it's self cleaning!! So no hair or strings or anything gets stuck on the brush roll, and I think everyone knows what a pain it is to have to cut hair out off of the brush roll. Highly recommend this for pet owners who have indoor pets.

Powerful, really picks up the pet hair and has the Shark reliability and warranty behind it. Super easy to empty. Only wish it were easier to maneuver around corners and when changing directions on bare floors.

It was easy to assemble myself. I like the scented filter. I like how easy it is to empty the bin. The cord is uncomfortable they way it is set up & awkward it gets caught on the attachments. & it’s difficult to put on & take off the attachments. & the vacum aggressively propells itself forward that is taking some getting used to. Its an ok vacum gets the job done. Just awkward & uncomfortable to operate. Reason why i only gave it 3 stars.

Absolutely love this vacuum! I have two dogs and 3 kids and it definitely gets all the hair and crumbs. Haven’t had a vacuum be able to get all the dog hair and this one is a 10/10. I recommend this product to every friend and family member. I’ve had it for over a year and still works as if it’s brand new!

I bought this vacuum two years when I had carpet. I now have mostly wooden floors and it still works well. I love the three floor suction options and the light at the front of the vacuum.

I love my Shark! This is my 2nd Shark vacuum cleaner! Both have cleaned so well! I really like that you can wash the filter. So much sucking power. I can’t believe you can find a stronger, more powerful vacuum cleaner!

This vacuum is the best one I’ve ever owned. It is so easy to push n clean with. I also purchased the Dyson V11 at the same time. Both are absolutely great. Thanks Best Buy for the great customer service.

Very powerful and surprisingly light compared to previous models or models with the same spects. The odor release may not be for everyone.

The new Powerfins roller really beats all the dirt out of this carpet. After first use the amount of filth etc that was picked up out out the floor was crazy. I saw people complain about how loud it is but, not to me. I will say i cant smell the odor neutralizer like i do in my power fin stick vac. Not sure about that. Some parts of the vacuum feel cheaper then my 9yo shark powered lift away which still works i just need a new power head base. Get it when its 100+ off like it did.

It’s very powerful vacuum it runs very smoothly and fast all you need is to get control of the vacuum itself running

I recently purchased a Dyson, but had way too many “issues” with it. Was able to return it and bought this vacuum instead. All I can say is WOW!!! I personally like this vacuum soo much better than the Dyson one! And for a fraction of the price!! If you are looking into getting a new vacuum, this is the one!! The suction on this baby is superb!! Picked up the dirt that the other vacuum left behind! You won’t regret this purchase!

This think really SUCKS! Pulls dirt off the hardwoods from 3-4" away. Used the wand attachments on my furniture and I'm a little sickened by the amount of dirt and hair that was on/in the fabric we were sitting on. Gotta be careful around the rug edges bc it'll make them a nice snack as well. And, virtually no hair wrapped around the roller. Infinitely superior to my old Dyson Animal.

Vacuum is very powerful and works flawlessly. Shark has always been my go to brand for vacuums. They also have great customer support.
