good power but too much weight

I have a short-haired dog and friends often visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the self-cleaning system and the power of the vacuum, but the weight was too much. Even my arms got tired after a few minutes of use, not to mention my wife. She was very disappointed with the weight. It was impossible to use. I had to return it to the store.

Vacuuming made easier

The base broke and became permanently detached though, so I needed to upgrade. This particular shark happened to be on sale as a pre Black Friday deal, and MAAAAAN. Honestly it would have beenworth every penny of the full price. It glides smoothly over carpet and hardwood. It was super easy to put together. It is SO EASY to empty the bin, and it even comes with a feel attachables. Plus, the color is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Great vacuum cleaner.

After the Dyson’s “floor cleaner roller head” (I don’t know what their “official name” is) died twice in 2 years, we decided to try something different. After the first use; my wife is wondering how long the old one wasn’t working properly; there was soooo much dirt in the bin.

Yes, picks up the dog air…didn’t realize how much hair is in carpet till I’m emptying the canister at least twice through the living room.

Great Vacuum

She read countless reviews on this vacuum and luckily I grabbed it on Black Friday sale. The power behind it is great and we really like the self-cleaning brushroll since the long hairs around the house would jam up our old one.

Find something better

This one, for the price tag, is awful. I ended up returning it and getting the shark rotator. Pros: -Large bin -aesthetically nice looking -Good suction -Long cord Cons: -Handle is rough when vacuuming -Not easy to maneuver -Hair doesn’t get caught on rollers BUT! Hair gets caught behind the rollers. It’s sort of false advertising, I cleaned out huge clumps of hair from behind the fuzzy roller and from the sides of the other roller. Bad design. -heavy -short vacuum hose Honestly, for the money, this is an awful vacuum. I’ve never written a bad review for Shark, but this one severely missed the mark.

Good vaccum

It pulls pet hair out of the carpet fibers and will amaze you every time. My experience with customer service was good. You won't be disappointed. The only thing that might be improved is the hose is sorta stiff and the using the wand above your head to clean the ceiling fan can be strenuous on your arms.

Fantastic for pets

Now I do have to say my Kirby had to have the bag changed constantly. And hair and string constantly got caught on rollers. So far this vacuum is AMAZING. I can empty the vacuum as needed. I see how much dust and hair is coming up. As a pet owner of 3 pets 3 large breed dogs and a cat, this works 100% better than my Kirby. My floors look so much better. It even gets right up to the baseboard. Don’t hesitate, it’s a great vacuum!
