    Great for dog hair and easy to maneuver. Being able to detach the basket and use as a smaller vacuum is very handy

    Absolutely love! It SUCKS the way it should! Maneuvering is easy-going; the lift away canister is lightweight; the telescopic handle and hose detachment makes for doing our staircase a piece of cake!

    This vacuum is legit. It’s amazing and works great. Although it does have some weight to it. It’s the heaviest one we’ve ever had but other than that no complaints.

    Upgraded from the Shark Navigator. So far, not in the slightest but disappointed. This vacuum really sucks. If I had to leave one negative comment, it is much heavier than the Navigator.

    The vacuum is very powerful, perfect for dog hair, which is why we purchased it. It is a little heavy as some have said, but that is not an overriding issue. We would definitely buy it again.

    The vacuum is great and has strong suction. The issue we had was the first roller stopped working not even 6 months or so into ownership. I went in and had it replaced but this shouldn't be happening for the price point that its currently sitting at. I had purchased another high end shark and that thing lasted almost 5 years. The same thing hapened where the first roller stopped spinning. Sharks QC unit is lacking or possibility even Best Buys

    Great vacuum! I have a Great Pyrenees mix with very long hair who sheds quite a bit, her hair broke my old vacuum and this one has had not problems!
