I've had this for a year now. In that time the cleaning head started seizing up about 9-10 months in, smelling like burning hair. Which is likely due to dog hair. Ironically this vacuum has "HairPro" in its name. I tried to find a way to clean the hair, but it's nearly impossible for a consumer to access the main roller. I only have a little dog and vacuum weekly. I got on Shark's website and found a replacement cleaning head for $95. Ordered that in December. Now 2 months later the rollers on that are seizing and smelling like burning hair. Unfortunately the design is so anti-consumer, there seems to be no way to fix it other than buy a new cleaning head every time. I like the features of this vacuum, though the plastics are a little cheap feeling compared to a Dyson. But I cannot recommend this vacuum at all, especially if you have pets. It's not affordable to spend several hundred dollars on the vacuum to begin with, then have to buy new cleaning heads for $95 on a regular basis. A vacuum that is supposed to handle hair well should do so and have a way for consumers to clear out any hair that might get stuck. This is basically built to be an expensive disposable machine.

Worth the price! My family just moved to our new house and I end up buying a new vacuum cleaner! Really great in cleaning big rooms. Best purchase by far

It is easy to use and light. It does the job just fine.

Vacuum is clumsy to maneuver if a petite person. It's tall, heavier than it appears, and to swivel takes much twisting.

Works great. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and tools are easy to switch for use.

this is by far the best machine every… has already vacuum when it arrives and thought what the heck maybe i’ll get a little more… imagine, this took a full canister of dust and dirt and hair. the fresh pack is a plus - my home is probably clean for the first time and smells amazing … Llove love love this machine ❤️

Love it!!!! However, on the lowest carpet setting it has the tendency to push out so many AMPS that it pops the circuit breaker no matter where in the house I am vacuuming.

This is just what our family needed. This vacuum maneuvers well around the furniture and is not too loud. It picks up dust, hairs, and all the crumbs our little ones leave behind. This was a great find. We recommend this vacuum.

Excellent vacuum. I has the duo before and replaced it with the stratos. Its a very noticeable improvement.

Lighter than previous level designs! I have cats and vacuum almost everyday.

Difficult to maintenance and clean. Clogs easily. Filters appear dirty very fast. Doesn't easly fit under much. At first it cleaned well but quickly became a disappointment. It replaced a Hyla and a Rainbow. *Cleaning a household of 2 boys, 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Used to purchase Dyson vacuums but when I tried this had a change of heart. Works well with dog hair on carpet, hard wood floor and tile. Must get.

Did not pick up deep debris like my smaller shark.

Its so heavy and hard to push around. It works good but so heavy

I thought my carpet was clean until I swept it with my new Stratos. The PowerFins really do work. Only have used it a few times, but am very pleased with my purchase

Love how well it picks up. The attachments are great and have places to attach to the vaccuum. Less hassle than the Dyson I have. Don’t have to clean the brushes like the Dyson.

Great product- really is a game changer for house cleaning- I love it.

This is the 2d Shark we have owned. I really like this new one. The detachable dust collector allows you vacuum under the bed, etc. My only negative, it didn't come with a brush attachment. For almost 500 dollars, you think they would add one.
