I love this vacuum. I tried a few before finding this one and it’s fabulous.i would 100% buy again.

Easy to put together once out of the box. In a house with 4 girls and a dog no hair gets stuck on the roller as advertised. Love the three attachments that are provided. Suction is really powerful so be careful if you're using the hardwood or carpet setting while using the detached hose. The odor neutralizer is a nice added feature.

I have 2 cats that like to kick their litter everywhere this vacuum picks it all up even in the tightest spaces and the odor neutralizer is a godsend. I can quickly switch from high rug low rug and hardfloor when quicky cleaning, and the little tool it comes with is fantastic not only for rugs but pillows, cat trees, stairs, and shirts with hair. This vacuum sucks like a EF5 tornado and its wonderful.

My previous vacuum took a crap on me mid vacuuming and I needed something the same day. Luckily this one was in stock because it’s been fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised by the light that helps you see where you’re vacuuming especially on hard wood or tile. It’s got great suction and everything is super easy to navigate

A little heay, but overall the power and suction is amazing! Love the swivel head and that you can remove it entirely from the base. Great vacuum!

This vacuum is awesome. It was easy to put together, lightweight, and picks up a lot of dog fluff with ease. After 5 months of regular vacuuming, I still have not had to do the dreaded cleaning of the brush role that I did every other week on my Dyson. The lift away is a nice option & power is excellent. I highly recommend, especially if you have pets.

So far so good. Great suction. Good handling although it is heavy. I'd probably give a 4.5 in reality. 0.5 off due the weight.

LOVE the Shark Vacuums! This one works just as great as the others, with a few new/updated features. I have 4 cats and a dog, and this thing really does a great job picking up after my clan.

Great suction and 3 different settings. Overall I really like it. But it is pretty heavy so keep that in mind if you have to take it up stairs.

Easy to use, powerful suction, nice versatility. Don't like the very strong smelling odor neutralizer, so just don't use.

Heavier than I expected but very agile. Does a great job on both carpet (rugs) and vinyl flooring.

Best vacuum I’ve ever had! I own the Dyson Outsize Plus for several years, which I enjoyed, but always felt it didn’t get everything even after going over the same areas several times. When I got this shark vacuum, I wanted to do a test to see if I was crazy or my Dyson wasn’t picking up as much. I couldn’t believe how much this Shark picked up. The floor even felt cleaner

It's an excellent product, good power, a little heavy but it's worth having

House cleaner here, I will never own any other vacuum! By far the best suction, never loses suction even when the filter are dirty or the canister is full. Love being able to take off the canister to vacuum with just the stick and head unit or any of the tools they offer. Def saves my back. The auto selection takes getting use to but I love it now. So glad they brought back the light on the handle!

I was looking forward for a vaccuam cleaner. I live in an apartment and the entire apartment floor is covered in thick carpet. I was so confused which one to buy, took help from ChatGPT and finally selected this one in my budget. And guess what! It made an amazing job. It works good in both hard floor or carpet floors. Wiped out all the dusts. I loved it. Highly recommended.

This vacuum is the best picks up everything. That my old vacuum did not pick up. I vacuum with my old one thecright after i used this vacuum and i could not believe it pucked up a hole chamber full of durt and dog hair. After cleaning it out it pick up more i can not believe that my old vacuum did not clean my carpet like this one i would never buy a definte brand this is my gobto vacuum.

this is the 2nd purchase on this product. Had to return and exchange. it failed to turn on after 16 days from the date of purchase. Best Buy accommodated the return with no issues. would recommend buying the extended warranty that is offered just in case.
