From now on, you should buy all electronics at best buy. I am currently a total member, and ever since joining the total membership program, I purchase all my electronics from best buy. With thier price math policy , you can always get the lowest price available. If a product has any issues, you can simply bring it to the store and they will take care of everything for you. There’s no need for me to ship anything back. And if there’s a problem after purchasing, they can usually replace it with another item unless it’s a very speical case. I was very satisfied with how friendly and help the staff were.

Other bed cooling products/brands cost so much more. Also love it's more than that. You can use fan anywhere. Fan is very adjustable. The only flaw is no height adjustment. Bought a cheap adjustable stand from Amazon easy fix. Other than that love this fan.

But if you want to heat your living space while your gone, it automatically shuts off after 8 hrs. It's not as easy to take apart. But back to Bestbuy it went.

The unit automatically turns off after the timer runs out, which may have been set on your remote. To deselect the timer, press the timer button until it shows “0.” We appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll choose Shark again in the future.

The output for heat is pretty good. Do not like that it get’s hot to the touch as I have little ones so unfortunately had to return due to this. I do not think the price reflects the value.
