Works for what I need it to do. I only wish the cord was retractable

I am the purchasing lead for a clothing retailer that has 30 locations. I have purchased over 20 of these for our stores to use as their old ones (other brand irons) wear out. It heats up quickly, it is a workhorse and has lasted longer than several other brands that I have tried! I will continue to purchase these and highly, highly recommend them to everyone I meet! I have one in my home as well, we use it every.single.day! Several of our employees have also purchased them after using them in the store! I couldn't give it a 4.9 so the only reason I gave it a 4 was because, they do die, especially if you knock them off the ironing board! They always seem to crack in the same place (which is the bad part), not sure if that is a design flaw or just really bad luck! But I really do love this iron so much that I WILL keep buying them!!!

It has an automatic shut-off in case you are in a hurry or forget to turn it off. It is easy enough for every member of the house to use. It has several temperature settings to make any wrinkles on any fabric disappear. Love it! We have 2. 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.

I iron a lot (everyday actually), and this iron makes ironing a breeze. It is very light, but in no way less efficient (quite the opposite actually). And the steam is always perfect!

Ive been using other brands and i end up changing it very often due to the plate getting burnt. The stainless steel soleplate glides smoothly on my clothes does gives me easy use without burning my clothes... its bit pricey but its worth it! Diffinitely recommended to have.

This iron has a premium feel. It quickly heats up to the desired temperature and blasts through even the toughest wrinkles. I know it's not the cheapest iron, but it's so worth paying a little extra cash.

This press would have been best if there is auto retractable for wire
