It's an awesome little vacuum .. i think the battery last a reasonable amount of time for is use, however the only drawback i found after using it for a while that the debris compartment is too small.. i wish it was a little bigger than what it is.. some people might not mind this. But other than that, i love it

I love it! I use this thing every day of my life, from vacuuming up crumbs in the kitchen to getting spiders off the wall. Long life, great suctiion, and easy to empty/ckean. What more could you want?

Vacuum works great on pet hair. We really like how it comes with multiple attachments.

I liked this cordless hand vacuum so much that I bought it as a gift for a friend. It holds the power for a good length of time, has a great deal of suction, and I like the attachments. I've found it to work extremely well for dry spills, along my carpeted steps and to clean my car. Has a nice weight to it for vacuuming.

This vacuum works so much better than our shark we had before. Also the pet attachment makes cleaning the coach easier.

Very nice and powerful. Comes with electric powered motorized power brush not like others that are powered by air. Very easy to clean, the whole dust housing comes out and the housing and the filter can be rinsed with water. I have a cat and cleaning the room is so much easier. It can also remove fleas. The major con is the handle, it is not ergonomic, hand feels tired very quickly, the front feels too heavy. Also very easy to accidentally press the on/off button. It comes with a power adapter as the charger, I wish it comes with a charging dock. Battery life I would say normal compare to others.

It's a shark, so what's there to say that already hasn't been said. Great little handheld vacuum with great suction power. It does all the needed little jobs and has a very decent battery life. Highly recommend.

This little Shark keeps true to its brand. Excellent build quality and pretty lightweight. One thing I personally love is the quality of the seals. Other vacuums I’ve had in the past would almost always fail at the seals. This one keeps a very strong suction for the entire use. The attachments are the appropriate size to match the needs and cleaning areas. Of course with everything there is some short comings. The major one is battery life. If you have a mess ensure you have everything then make sure its ready to be vacuumed. You only get about ten minutes of battery usage. The power head would be better in ny opinion if it would flex but not a deal breaker. Lastly I wish it could be used while plugged in, but unfortunately its battery or nothing.

This works so much better than the portable vacuum it replaced. Strong suction, useful attachments, and easy handling.

I have two aging handheld vacuums, I thought this new Shark Ultra could replace them. And for light pet hair it works great, but with the pet hair attachment on it lacks the full suction that my other two units had (initially) When I use the crevice attachment the suction is better but just not great, I have to go over areas multiple times. This is something I don't have to do with my full size upright shark. In terms of features, I will say that the pet hair cleaner does keep the roller clean, and with longer hair this is very helpful. The unit does not come with a method to hang it on the wall (like my other portable units both had, which I now understand you can order separately). When it is being changed, there is a blue LED that blinks until the unit is fully charged. This took about 2h on the initial charge. The Ultra is pretty quite. With either of my other portables, my dog runs away as soon as either is turned on. With the ultra vac I could actually vacuum his back (short haired dog, would not try with long hair), and he didn't seem to mind it, but sometimes any attention is good. I had to have my AC serviced, and I have lot's of pink stuff that always escapes, no change this time. The Ultra Vac did a nice job of picking up the light fluff. A pass or two and I had most of it. But some got tracked down to an oriental carpet, and the Ultra shark would not suck it up, it did not enough sucking power and the brush had little effect. My upright Shark, had no problem. The Ultra Shart is very easy to empty with making a mess, a real advantage in cleanup. So for pet hair it was not bad, but for general purpose use I'd say it's underwhelming.

Easy to use and cleans effectively. It can carry anywhere.
