The battery lasts me for a couple of cleanings and still has juice, but i charge it after the second use.

The vacuum works great on the runner without having to have someone standing on the other end of the runner like i would need for a full size vacuum.

It's not too heavy for her to handle and it picks up dirt, etc., very well. The pet attachment picks up her dog's hair pretty good, too.

Is it perfect no, but what is?? It does a good job and even better job if you use it regularly. Excellent for quick spot vacuumming. We do love the Shark product. Seems to always work well and last..

Simply due to the underwhelming performance. I can honestly say this one works, and works very well. The suction is better that any hand vac from the past. I am sure that heavy objects may have issues, but paper, dust, small leaves were no problem for this machine.
