The product is great, cleans up well. It's just that the pads and other product specific brand accessories are either sold out and/or expensive. I loved it when it was convenient but now its just taking up space.

I really like this vac/mop, it's lightweight and conveniently wireless, just pick it up and vacuum a small mess dry or wet, then finish it off with the cleaning spray and mop pad, for normal usage the vacuum is plenty strong to pick up any bits, then go over with the cleaning spray and make your floor shine. Very happy with this product, charges up easy with the magnetic charger. Truly convenient

intitially I thought it will work for hard floor and carpet both but it’s only for hard floor , it’s very light weighted and power full vaccum cleaner , easily suck dust and hairs . also easy to clean vaccum cleaner after using , I will recommend this product

I am a single man with hard wood floors, and the kind of take a little more work than carpet or tile, so was I happy when I found this baby. It sweeps and mops at the same time and it's made for hard floors like mine. And it is tall, I am 6' 5" and I get to stand all the way up when using this baby, no more stooping over and straining my back with traditional brooms and mops, that's great. Cordless is also included, and that really removes the headache of plugging in, moving it all around, then dropping down to put away the irritating electrical cord. Shark made this with a small magnet that you just put in place, and it recharges your sweeper/mop in just a short while. they really thought of everything to make this baby easy and effective to use.

The Shark was a birthday gift for my daughter, to use on her new floor surface. She loves it. It is lightweight, easy to handle and both the mop and vacuum feature work great. and excellent purchase at a very reasonable price.

My kids have one if these. It is very easy to use and cordless/easy to get out and use it. So I had to her one too. Much easier than bringing out the central vacuum and it actually cleans the floor while you vacuum. Nice!

Love this! It saves me so much time! I can vacuum (it picks up puppy hairs, small objects, etc) and then mops without me having to change appliances. After using the click on vacuum and mop pad, you just throw it away when it gets too full or dirty. I used it to vacuum and mop two bathrooms 4 times, vacuum and mop the front hall and living/dining area 3 times before releasing the first pad. You never touch a dirty pad , cup, or filter! I wish this was available years ago. One suggestion: redesign the mop liquid release button.. too easy to hit by accident.

I really like this mop but the original pads with the blue underneath of the best these new pads with the black they fall right apart they’re horrible

It is super easy to assemble. It is very easy to understand how to use and does a great job of cleaning the floor. I was surprised how well the vaccum on it works. I love it.

I've had way more mops than one person should own. This vacmop makes my life so easy! I can vacmop my first floor 1150 square feet in a few minutes. I don't even mind purchasing the replacement pads bc it's no touch and all dirt goes straight into the trash. Would buy again if needed.

This works great on my vinyl floors. I have used this just to vacuum, and for both vacuuming and moping. I make sure to remove the pad when I’m done with it so it’s not left standing on the floor wet. It’s light weight and I love not having to touch the pads. The light is also a bonus. The only drawbacks are not being able to tell how much solution is in the holder and sometimes it leaves streaks when the pad is dirty or I don’t use enough solution. It uses pads/solution about the same as my swifter.

I love the ease of use of this product. Easy to charge and does a great job vacuuming and mopping. The only problem I've found is the pads are a little difficult to find and can be expensive if used as often as I have to. Still, surprisingly good product.

I lowkey look forward to cleaning now, ever since purchasing this vac mop. I have a small apartment, so I didn't want or need a big bulky vacuum, but the vacmop more than gets the job done. It's like if a swiffer wet jet and a handheld vacuum had a baby, a baby that's really good at cleaning.

Does a great job. Light and holds a charge for many uses. Bought one for each of our daughters.

Cleaning my floors has just become so easy! With two cats I have to clean my floors everyday and now I look forward to it. Finally a Cordless Vacuum Mop that cleans so well and all you have to do is throw away the dirty pad. I recommend that you purchase a couple extra boxes of the Disposable VacMop Pads, to have on hand! Love It!!!

Love it! It's light weight and very convenient to use. Cleans floors without streaking.

I just love my Vacmop, it cuts cleaning time in minutes, effortless and no clean-up mess afterwards. I just toss the pad and I’m done. It is very light weight and picks up every small particle in the floor. My daughters and I love to use it for quick touch ups in the bathroom without pulling the broom, pail and mop. We are all in love with it, even my 9 year old can help with the chores now.
