Love this thing. So handy. Battery life is great. Accessories are awesome. It is quiet, yet powerful. We use it in tandem with a robot vacuum. Our more expensive unit is now collecting dust.

Pretty easy to use and understand. It did work on hard floors (I used it on tile). I mostly vacuum on carpet, its a bit heavy at the base and in my opinion, the suction isn't the best compared to a dyson that my friend has. its decent for it's price. but the suction wasnt strong enough to get my carpet fully clean.

Love this vacuum. Super light. Holds a charge well. Makes quick vacuum easy. We still use a full size for large carpeted rooms but use this one once or twice a day to get cat hair or dust off floors quickly.

I bought this as a mother's day gift for my wife(her request), and she absolutely loves it. We have hardwood floors, tile, laminate, and carpet in different areas of our house and this thing works effortlessly on all of them. Add to that the fact that we have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 other small animals(children)..........not to mention that my wife provides in-home child care and you really start to see the picture of what the Shark is up against. It's slim, cord-free design allows it to be used anywhere in our house, at any time, and it will basically fit anywhere. It has yet to disappoint and that is why we keep coming back for Shark products. Keep up the innovation and great work!

I purchased the Vertex as an upgrade from my Shark ION P50 Powered-Lift Away Upright Vacuum. I wanted the PowerFins since I have a long-haired dog. I can say there are things I liked about the P50 better and things I like about the Vertex better. It is louder, but not awful and I will say it is top-heavy, it can not stand alone it has to be propped up on a wall or something else. But that is not a deal-breaker for me. Also, I am use to the weight of a vacuum being close to the floor, over the wheels. The Vertex is heavy up at the top close to the canister/battery. But again that works for me, it does not get hung up on my high-pile rugs. Overall, a great purchase. The PowerFins are great on dog hair, no tangel!

This device is powerful yet pretty quiet. The battery lasts long enough for me to complete whatever task I want, mainly vacuuming the tile floors in my kitchen, breakfast nook, hall and two bathrooms. I will not be using the handheld wand or attachments, though, as it is too heavy to use comfortably.

Hands down the best cordless stick vacuum. The soft brush really picks up the dirt. It may be pricey but still better than the Dyson. I would buy this over and over again.

This was purchased as a quick fix between vacuuming with our Dyson. It has become more of a daily use but does have one setback. The vacuum will not operate at full power without pulling a trigger on the handle. Works well without full power but we like to make the most of our time spent vacuuming and like the full power. Can get a bit tiring holding the trigger. Must charge after a full vacuum of the house. Overall happy with the purchase. The flexibility of this vacuum is awesome.

I went down a YouTube review search before I purchased this. The girl who delivered it was hilarious and stopped me to tell me she cleans homes and one client has the same vacuand it was a dream to work with. This vacuum is great and almost perfect. Strong suction Light weight Very agile under furniture and around furniture The best part is the amount of granulated dust it collects and clears from the carpet. We feel gross we breathed that much dust before we had this. Cons I feel like the container to remove dirt isn’t the most user friendly but the buttons are a little confusing on many vacuums. There are times It Would be nice to have a charger station rather than cord because it looks less sloppy

My wife loves this vacuum, it is light weight with adequate suction.

We bought this vacuum to handle routine dust and dirt on hardwood floors and rugs. It does an excellent job to that end. The attachments are great for vacuuming under our furniture. Also, if folds easily for storage and charging. We have another Shark corded vacuum that is also great, which we have to used for heavy duty tasks, such as cleaning up pine needles and so forth after Christmas.

Love it! Awesome and very easy to assemble and navigate. The suction power is very powerful, does make cleaning easy.

The best things about this vacuum are the lack of a power cord (easy to move around, and the battery lasts long enough for me to vacuum all the carpet) and the power fins (which means I don’t have to disassemble it after each use to remove human and pet hair from a rotating brush). I already had a cordless Shark that I really like, but the power fins are what convinced me to buy this specific vacuum. I also love that you can disconnect parts and use it as a handheld small vacuum. Versatility!

I purchased this vacuum for my daughter who lives in an apartment with a lot of stairs. She’s been using this thing every week and has no complaints. The brush head works rather well with different surfaces. Run time has been consistent and charging is a breeze. Using this vac in different configurations is also a plus, especially for carpeted stairs.

I LOVE this cordless vacuum! I've owned it for about a month now and it is so convenient. & lightweight. Switching from the handheld to vacuum is done by a click of a button. It picks up debris on my hardwood floors, ceramic tile, and rugs! It is so easy to switch back and forth between the carpet and hardwood settings. The only thing that could be better is a place to put the attachments. Even if it came with an accessories bag, that would be great!!!

Love this vacuum!! Edpecially the folded arm that lets you vacuum under stuff easily!! Great suction and im able to vacuum the whole house on a single charge!!

Absolutely love this stick vacuum. the stick bends in the middle to make cleaning under furniture a breeze! The battery lasts long enough to clean all of the tile and rugs in my 1800 sq ft. Home on a single charge. The cup needs to be emptied a few times but I have a golden retriever so that’s to be expected. Everything feels clean when I use this—much more so than my old corded Dyson. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VACUUM.
