Great little vacuum. We have a 1300 square foot apartment and it did a good job. Would not think it would handle anything bigger on one charge. Got on sale making it a better value. Retail price seems high to me.

Can't even tell you how handy it is to have this powerful cordless vacuum!

I. Love. This. Vacuum. Shark has never let me down to the point where when deciding on what stick vacuum to buy this was a nobrainer. The price is kind of high but it’s worth every penny.

Chose this model because it had a little longer battery life than some others. Had it awhile now, no problems. It is a little heavier than I thought it would be. Does well with carpet and bare floors. If I were doing it over, I might spend a little more and buy the one with the electronic display.

Love love Shark products but this thing is junk! Gets clogged in multiple areas daily sometimes multiple times. We just have a basic home with mainly tile floor and hypoallergenic dogs. I DO NOT recommend this vacuum for anything larger than an apartment. I miss my corded Shark vacuum. The power in this vacuum is GARBAGE. The charge lasts maybe 15-20 minutes but alot less if you use the turbo strength feature which is like normal vacuum suction strength. This shoukd not cost more than $100. Overpriced. Im never doing cordless again after this sucker. May try Dyson but ill make sure to get a warranty or guarantee so i can return if it sucks. I wish I did that with this vacuum. Gave it more than one star because I do love the convenience of a cordless and it has the extra attachments.

I grew up with Hoover and thought it was great...that was before Shark. I will only purchase Shark as I feel it is the best and I won’t even consider any other brand....there is no other brand!

Super convenient. I literally use it 2-3 times a day. Haven’t picked up a broom since I got it. My wife’s hair in the bathroom used to drive me nuts. Now I just suck it up with this vacuum.

This vacuum is extremely easy to use and very efficient. Very pleased with this vacuum.

Excellent cordless stick vacuum / electric broom. We love the power boost trigger which helps conserve its battery charge. It works great on hard surfaces and rugs alike. The unit is very versatile. The top section separates to function as a hand held unit for car interiors, smaller jobs like a shelf or the inside of a drawer. The long stick section is jointed so the unit can reach under a bed or other furniture. There are two features Lacking- an easy way to mount it on the wall, and a wider floor suction base. All and all, it's a lot of bang for the buck especially compared to some of the competitors.

This is a great vacuum! So easy to use! I can not imagine being without it!

There is nothing not to love about this vacuum. It's light and easy to use in small spaces, the battery lasts forever, and the roller bar picks up even the tiniest bits of dust on your floors! The only thing it doesn't do well is deep-clean high-nap carpet. But it's absolutely incredible for everything else!

Been shopping for a great vacuum that works on all surfaces, and after YouTubing for a while, this is the one! Easy to use and startup!

i really like this vacuum, it works great job lifting dirt deep in my carpet, is also great with pet hair. now i just need to get an extra battery

Almost a year in and I’m still loving this vacuum. I will say, I wish I’d bought a second battery to use while this one is charging.

I purchased the Shark Vertex Cordless Stick Vacuum to use primarily to clean the floor near and around my bird cage. Every morning I let my parrot out of her cage, where she sits on the Playtop, and also on a perch mounted outside the cage. She creates quite a mess because seeds drop onto the floor, and some feathers. Getting my corded vacuum out just to cleanup around her cage was a bit of work, so I decided that a cordless vacuum would be the perfect solution. What I love about this vacuum is that it folds down for easy storage, and I can fit it in the room close by the cage. It's very easy to operate, and easy to empty the dust cup. The swivel powerhead with lights works great. It comes with several attachment tools, however, when you remove the power head to use the attachments, the suction power is not as strong. For my use, having this cordless vacuum is still the perfect solution, but I will still be using my corded vacuum for whole house cleaning.

Replaced an older Oreck vacuum with this Shark. I was concerned, being battery operated, it would not clean as well. After the first use, I was happy to discover this little vacuum was a dynamo. It has cleaning power as well as the fantastic convenance of being small, light weight, and cordless.

it is an OK vacuum and the battery charge is great. I don't like that it doesn't stand upright unless you recline it against something. it does clog a lot and the brush is getting ready to be replaced soon which is not something I am thrilled with considering I have only had it for about 3 months. Over all it gets the job done.
