I hesitated at first to buy this microwave because of the dark interior. However, it isn't bad due to the interior light, and splatters don't show as easily (which is also why I hesitated to buy it...I may not clean it as often!) Having to re-learn a new control panel every few years is a pain, but this one has been simple. My old microwave must have lost some power because this one cooks very quickly. I am very happy with this purchase.

Works as it should. Perfect size for counter. Great price for power and size.

This microwave works great and is very quiet. I would have given it 5 stars but I don’t like it that the inside is black and the clock is very bright which I consider to be too bright.

Just what my wife wanted to replace the Sharp Carousel microwave that she had for years that wore out. The only thing she didn't like was the black interior. Makes things too hard to see.

This microwave unit cooks evenly, is fairly quite as well and has preprogrammed settings for one touch operation or you can manually set any time. I definitely would recommend it. The only negative is how load the buzzer is when finished and even when you open the door it still continues to go off. Not a big issue though, just pointing out only con I see.

My (very) old microwave was having issues and needed replaced. My employer has two of these Sharp units and I knew that it would be a good fit to my counter, besides the quality and confidence I experienced at work. This unit gets lots of use daily and is working flawlessly. It is exactly what I was expecting from Sharp.

I love my new sharp microwave. It's fairly simple to use and the rotating plate ensures the food is cooked perfectly. This replaces my old one that lasted a long time. Highly recommend.

Works and fits under the cupboard perfectly. Replaces our previous Sharp micro-wave that lasted for over 7 years! Interface is not overly complex - good thing.

Good size. Easy operation and several very helpful presets

The Gentleman came in with the product. They took down the old microwave which was attached to a shelving unit above it. They cleared that away, and the new unit just sat on the counter. They were in and out of here in 30 minutes. Great job Best Buy!’.

I looked over so many, wanting good reviews..I had a Magic Ceft thst was big on the inside, bar handle and a light that turns on when you open it, and in funtion ehike cooking..I bought this one, didnt like the grey inside, but bc of the reviews, i gave it a chance..8/17/2020..It is small on the inside, a small low light when it opens..it might turn on while cooking, but you cant see it..I want to VIEW the turn table whike cooking..its so hard to see anything with the grey, plus a low light..Its quiet, and a nice exterior, but back it goes

Love the silent mode option that can be turned on/off to eliminate all that beeping! This is the second time I purchased a Sharp carousel microwave -- the first time was in 2010 and it still works! This new one is slightly larger; and I wanted one in white. Thank you, Sharp, for making an excellent product.

Excellent Microwave. Touch controls are easy to read and the functions are simple to understand. The 1000 watts are powerful enough to warm up food without over heating.

Seems to be losing power output, time will tell! Hope not

I purchased this Sharp because it was similar to the Sharp Carousel that I owned for 30 years until the start button broke away. The dark interior makes it difficult to see if the interior is dirty or clean....but light interiors were not readily available, so I sacrificed that preference. I've been very pleased with it. It is reasonably quiet, and the only problem was that for 30 years I just entered the time and pressed start. Now I have to press Cook Time, enter the time and press start. It's difficult to remember after doing it the other way for 30 years! It was a very affordable microwave, especially at Christmastime.

When i opened the door the first time there was a very strong chemical smell coming from the inside. I put a box of baking soda inside, closed the door and let it sit unused for a full week. When I opened it again and removed the box of baking soda, the smell was still there not quite as strong but still unpleasant, so i put a fresh box of baking soda in and left it for another week. After 2 weeks of waiting, the smell was very faint. So I used it for the first time. So far, i am satisfied with how it works, But, every now & then, when I open the door, I can still smell that same chemical odor. On the plus side, the control panel is easy to read and the oven works & does heat food and beverages quickly. If it is still working 2 years from now, I might give an extra star.
