Love this microwave. Love the features. Just hit any number button and it is set for that amount of minutes. Hit the start button and it will be set for 30 minutes. The buttons are so light to the touch and are great for arthritic hands,

OK The microwave we bought about 8 years ago that went with all the other appliances that we have in the kitchen is not available any more. The team at Best Buy helped me find a very close match to the old one i had and it has worked wonderfully.

This microwave is a beast! After almost a year of having it, it worked for my big family. It still heats up well the time is good. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

It’s a good microwave that works well in my space. My only concern is the door lock. It automatically locks each time and must be unlocked to get food out. It’s a child safety feature. I don’t have children and am not a fan of the lock feature.

Great microwave! Replaced a 17 year-old Sharp Carousel microwave that stopped working. This new one has more functions and features, such as 1-button express start and ability to change power level while cooking. 1000W is enough to cook fast.

So far enjoying my Sharp Microwave. I have the 1000 watts which is good for me. The watts are not too high or low for my use.

Previously had 1100watt Sharp. This one is a little smaller, but still does all we need it for. Looks and operates exactly like the larger model.

This is perfect counter top unit. Compact but powerful.

Well-established trustworthy brand. Microwave bought roughly three months ago. Reasonably priced. Warms and cooks food very nicely. Easy to program the various options available, including two-step cooking settings. Minor complaint: because mine has the stainless color, sometimes the top of the microwave needs to be covered to reduce glare when the sun shines on it. My large dinner plates easily fit inside the microwave along with a raised splatter cover to help keep the inside clean. All things considered, I consider my microwave purchase well worth the money.

This is a good replacement and works fine the only gripe is the locking system. Would like if the lock could be turned off because when others use it and don't know you have to push unlock they think the button to open the door is broken

Good product. Delivered on time. The only thing i wished Best Buy could have done is taken the old one, but that's how it goes. I went ahead and found a recycling center that took microwaves.

The microwave works great, looks good and is priced well. It replaced an old microwave and the difference is notably better.
