Salesperson was very helpful with my purchase and even loaded it into my car. Have had it for a month and working great. I like the grey interior vs. the white of my old microwave which only lasted a year before the paint began bubbling and peeling.

The main thing i like about it is the space. The wattage cooks anything you need it too, though only 4 stars because it likes to cook on defrost.

My old microwave was also a Sharp and it lasted ten years. I've had no issues with it. The only things I'm not crazy about are the bright clock light and the dim heating light inside when cooking.
