Love this item. Its super cool to be able to operate using your Amazon Alexa. Warms food evenly and quickly. Presets make it easier to effectively heat your food. Price point is decent.

Only worked 2 years and then began humming and eventually sparking. I thought buying a more expensive brand would last longer. My mistake!!
