Good product not for popcorn bags however

I purchased this because my old microwave lasted 10yrs without a problem. So far, the only problem is the "popcorn cook time" is way too low to cook the full bag. Have to enter manually.

Super long wait to pick up at store.... store is not well organized... get it shipped maybe it wont be dented. I put up with 2nd dent cause I don't want to wait on a third unit.... but I'm not happy with best buy!

The child lock takes a little time to get used to, but I don’t mind it now. I have noticed my popcorn needs a little extra time since the bag comes out half popped, but again it’s just learning a new machine. Overall, I like the look of it, and it was delivered really fast!

Luckily, I purchased the 2 year warranty and decided to try another Sharp microwave. Please get the warranty, because these sensor microwaves stop working.

And, I have to closely watch the melting. Not really useful to soften anything. I'm now learning to use at 30% power and watch the timing in order to soften.
