Some of my favorite radio stations will not come in clearly. My old stereo system played them. And, the system will not turn off. I have to physically unplug the unit!

Not what I expected or need so it went back to the store

not user friendly I don't have any other thing to say.

Two points: first, the dimensions are much larger than described; second, each disc must be reloaded after it’s turned off because the discs are otherwise shown as empty and won’t play.

It was a little confusing to set up for me,but I am old fashion and I think I can get the hang of it.

System needs a connector system. Unit is not very portable.

I understand that bookshelp stereo systems are not in style any longer. But I am an old school music fan with a massive CD collection and have no intent to switch to an I-pod or similar item. Having the music slammed into one's ears does not compare with a stereo system filling the room with great, full sound. Despite reading exhaustively about this product on the Best Buy site, it did not fullfill either of it's intended jobs for me. I could not program the 5-CD magazine to play selected songs form one disc to another nor could I run my flat screen TV sound through it without some sort of rigging a makeshift adapter and I am not sure it was even possible then, I was not willing to invest any more into it.. It was totally useless for my needs and desires. Despite being listed as 240 watts per channel, the sound quality and volume capacity left much to be desired as well.

Remote was missing and instruction only came in Spanish

the directions are hard to follow and understand when read.

Poor reception for am/fm radio ,not able to get many stations and those not clear. Antennas poor. Speakers fine. Needs brighter descriptions on side black buttons.Hard to read.

The CD changer - the reason I bought this in the first place - doesn't work properly. It fails to read the discs in slots 2-5. And if it did, it fails to automatically change to the next disc when the first one ends.

It ate a disc I tried to listen to. And inside antenna could not be inserted because something blocked. The Geed Squad recovered the cd. I do not like a store credit instead of a credit to my own credit card. I object.

Described as a mini shelf component, however it was a large unit. Unit had a cheap look and cassette door would not stay closed. Returned

CD player did not work. It would not play any7 disc and the door/drawer would repeatedly open and close and could only be stopped by turning the power off. A waste of money.

worked well when it worked. now it doesn't read CDs consistently. didn't even last a year

The sound of this item is poor. Doesn't compare with the Panasonic it is replacing. The remote fast forward/forward skip and the rewind/back skip has a terrible setup so while trying to fast forward it is very easy to inadvertently start the whole thing over. Using the remote it is very difficult to skip to another disc. It doesn't always work (like 90% of the time) and you must resort to skipping the disc from the main unit.

Worked great in the beginning then quit before the 2 year replacement was up. Didn't like the way the CD operated.

Overall , measurements for this unit are way off as far as size . Had to return unit . The only good thing I can say was the price was a great deal . Original price was $199.99 and purchased it for $79.99 .

Poor quality bad cd player. Had to return 2 for the same reasons. Will not buy another sharp ! Had the cd radio for only 2 weeks and the cd stop working ! So I took it back to best buy and got a replace ment! And the second one had the same plomble ! Had to return it as well ! Will not buy another sharp radio !!
