Took a while to figure out set-up. Also you don't have to set up an accounts for Roku. I did not know that. After all done I just removed method of payment so charges can't be made. Has a good picture and sound is good. Lots of volume if needed. Does take a bit to boot up. Have xfinity and was able to sync xfinity remote with tv. However it won't turn tv on. But once on I can control with remote and turn tv off. Once I figured everything out it's a a nice tv with a great picture. I would recommend.

This television was easy to set up and is a great size. Haven't yet figured out all of the features, but I'm working on it. I had to go online and download a manual which was a pain. The remote included is just like a Roku remote. It doesn't have a channel select button or a volume button. You have to use the arrow keys to do both of those things. But for the price, it's good enough.

This is a great television for the price, especially since it includes Roku functionality. I would definitely recommend the television to anyone who is considering buying a small TV and who also wants a Roku to play internet content. We purchased the television for an elderly relative. She was happy that the sound quality on this television allowed her to hear dialog more clearly than other televisions she has had. Our only real 'complaint' is that the remote control it comes with cannot really be used with a cable box (not enough buttons). The universal remote for the cable box did not fully control the television either. Using two remote controls was too complex for our relative, so we just updated the settings on the TV to always default to the cable box so that it is able to function like normal televisions using the universal remote from the cable company. The out of the box setting is to go into a Roku menu every time the TV is powered on, but it's an easy setting to change to select a specific source every time it is powered on. For anyone who is specifically looking for the Roku functionality, the remote shouldn't be an issue. Also, most of the nicer universal remotes should be able to handle the Roku functionality on this television. I just wanted to note this information in case someone else is the designated technology purchaser for older relatives and is considering this TV.

This is a Sharp made for Best Buy branded TV, so far so good. It's lightweight, connects to internet easily, has full HD for an affordable price. We purchased two of these for different rooms in the house and it's so simple to use with 1-click netflix, amazon, HBO, and Hulu buttons. We only wish we could stream our comcast channels through Roku, which is not possible at the current time.

We needed a new TV for our Master Bedroom...this TV is lightweight, and designed with smart features that allow connection to numerous sources, including plenty of HDMI connections as well as a home wifi network for streaming. The setup is straightforward and logical, and easy and quick to go from box to watching. The on-screen image is great and the colors are vivid and rich.

Very happy with this purchase. We put this in our exercise room, perfect size. Decided on the Sharp over other brands because it had the same VESA mounting pattern of the smaller tv we were replacing (100mm X 100mm). Roku built in was a must, plenty of apps to choose from. Easy set-up since we already had a Roku account. I would recommend if you are looking for a 32" smart TV.

Great TV - Bad Service from Best Buy

The TV is awesome once I finally got it. The service at Best Buy sucks. I ordered first TV online shipped to my home. Got it open and the screen was busted all to pieces. Took it back to the store, and after much arguing that I didn't bust it, they finally took it back. The customer service person supposedly ordered me a new TV to be shipped to the store. Thought it might be safer than shipping to home since the other one was busted. They said it would take a week. Fast forward a week, no call about my TV coming in. Tried to call. Took me forever to get a human being. Was promised they would look into it and call me back that afternoon. Three days later still no call. Had to go stand in line at the store at customer service. Luckily I had a receipt they had given me from a week and a half before. The girl waiting on me couldn't quit texting on her personal phone. It took three people to finally figure out that the previous person screwed up the order and it never went through. Again, good thing I had a receipt with an order number on it or I would have been SOL. I asked that the TV be shipped to the store so maybe less possibility it gets smashed. Fast forward a week later, I come home from work and the TV is sitting on my front porch. The TV is great, once I finally got it. I suggest you get it elsewhere if available.

Was in the market for a small-ish smart TV for one of my kids and didn't necessarily want the cheapest thing I could find. The Sharp is a nice compromise; it's a full 1080p, the Roku is really easy to use, and it was relatively inexpensive because I bought it as an open box item. Very happy that I didn't get something like Hisense or one of the other entry level brands.

My guess it Sharp makes the Roku Insignia televisions. I loved that Insignia, but when it came time to get another they had discontinued the 1080p version, so I picked up this Sharp for a very good price. Everything about it was familiar. Th Sharp 32LB481U has a crisp image, bright screen, minimal cloudiness, and the built in Roku makes using the set easy. Pros: - Dual band wireless -YES! Real 5Ghz and 2.4 Ghz capability! Every manufacturer needs to do this. - Roku makes navigation easy. Simple remote control that works. - 3 HDMI inputs -2 bottom facing in the back, and one on the left side - Very bright screen if set to vivid. - Sound quality is actually decent considering. LCD's are not known for amazing sound. - Input lag is minimal Cons - Very lightweight which might not instill confidence in some - No controls on the television. You Need the remote to really use the TV. I personally don't like this trend. - No image enhancements (no 120hz motion smoothing but you never see this on lower end sets) - A little slow to boot up. This likely due to having a budget processor, again not surprising for the price. - Why does the Roku remote have volume buttons on the side? That annoys me because there is space at the bottom of the remote. I loved my Insignia which really was a rebranded Sharp. Obviously I recommend this Sharp as the price is fantastic and picture quality is well good enough to use as a computer monitor, gaming console monitor, or for watching television/Netflix/Amazon Prime. Buy with confidence.

A 32" 1080p smart tv (Roku built in) for under $200 is a good value IMO .. I'm using as a computer monitor for the time being, with the ROKU apps hooked up through wi-fi ... so far, so good! I could have gone cheaper without the ROKU feature, but decided to have it for the few times I want to watch one of the channels provided. I would recommend!

I was looking for a not-too-large TV to mount on a bedroom wall that was Roku enabled. I looked at several brands and was struck by the sharp clear picture on the Sharp 31" TV. It met my expectations. We also purchased an indoor antennae that enables us to receive local channels. The TV was mounted on the wall. We're very pleased with it.

Had this TV for a couple of months now. The picture is great. This is my second sharp TV and I am happy with them overall. What I don't like is the remote and navigating the TV menu are a bit cumbersome. Also it takes several seconds to boot up once its turned on because of the roku feature. For the price its a good TV.

This is my first flat screen TV, I'm very happy with all aspects of it. It's easy to set up n use. Roku is amazing, the channels available are mind boggling. It's going to take me awhile to check out all the free channels, then the free trials. The color and clarity is very nice. This smart TV has been an excellent buy!

The TV itself is great with sharp picture and ease of switching between the different inputs. I'm not so happy with the generic Roku remote used for both TV and Roku controls. The sound controls are on the side and I'm always hitting mute instead of the sound up or down.

I purchased the sharp 32" LED smart tv as an open box item and I love it. It worked out great for me since I was looking at devices for streaming Netflix and Hulu and to have it built in is truly convenient. Fairly easy set up and the picture is beautiful on it.
