    I have to reconnect my WiFi every day for about the past two weeks. I did everything they said to do at customer service. Geek squad said they can’t help as I have the manu warranty still. Wish I just got the tcl brand like I did my 55 inch.

    The purpose of me purchasing this smartTV is because my daughter watches YouTubekids.. The ROKU device does not support it!!! So Both TVs are going BACK to Best Buy!! Otherwise it seems pretty good and you definitely get your monies worth!

    Great tv if it wasnt broken

    We purchased the tv around Thanksgiving specifically to use with a game console for our kids. We set it up Christmas eve and got rid of the box (evidence) but unfortunately realized on Christmas day that there is a very fine crack in the tv. You really couldn't see it without picture/color. We called our local best buy the next day and asked if there were any options to rectify the situation and we were very rudely told no. I'm disappointed with Best Buy and their lack of customer service.

    It’s ok for a smart TV. The software is somewhat outdated and doesn’t let me download new apps. Apps are limited. Overall it does the job for TV, Netflix, HULU, and Prime TV

    Everything works great except for activating live TV. Fox News and others do not recognize my Cox login, as it loops back and asks me again and again for my "Provider..."

    Being what it is it works for what we needed it for. Bought it for the spare room. Pic is ok, all my other TVs are 1080 or 4k 120 hrs. It serves the purpose.

    Tv ok for the sale price. Keeps loosing channels. Wish i had noticed this issue before that issue started or wish i had bought the warranty from geek squad.

    Not Easy to set up and immediately used. Roku website for set up did not work great with android; had to go to pc. Otherwise not a bad tv.

    The picture had trouble with contrasting colors. Lips and blush often showed up as bright pink. I couldn't find a color setting that fixed the problem, so I returned the TV. Also, and although it is a personal preference, I prefer the FireTV system over Roku. I'm mainly, though, just disappointed over the picture quality.

    I Regret this Open-Box sale at Best Buy

    This review is on Best Buy and not on my Sharp tv. I purchased this item as an open-box item for my grandson's bedroom. This was the 1st time I've purchased an open box. Due to the COVID Best Buy only have curbside pick-up, and you cannot inspect the item before purchasing. Best Buy has a rating score for all open-box items. My fire tv was rated satisfactory so I was prepared to find a few blemishes. However, when I got home and opened my box I was surprised to find only the tv! There were no instructions on how to set up the fire-tv, no remote control, and no power cord! Without a power cord and remote this tv is basically useless. This purchase was a waste of my time, energy and effort. Bad sale at Best Buy!!!
